The problem of the study is represented by the following main question: What is the reality of implementing the partnership program between school, family and society “Upgrading” from the perspective of the program leader in public secondary schools? To answer this question, the study has aimed to reveal the reality of the partnership program between school, family and society “Upgrading” from the perspective of the leader in government secondary schools, and to reveal the awareness of the program leader of such programs in addition to identifying the extent of interaction between school, parents and the effective parties in the partnership programs; determining the positives of the partnership programs for the student, parents and the school staff; and determining the obstacles to the success of the partnership programs. To achieve these objectives, the researcher used the descriptive (analytical) approach. The study has reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The program leader of the partnership program praised the existing partnership models with external parties in society through periodic bulletins and banners in the school, and praised the provision of education departments courses and workshops necessary for training the leader of the partnership program. There is lack of parents’ participation in the activities and events of the program. The programs offered by companies and institutions contribute to increasing the awareness of students of societal problems. (Published abstract)
