This study aimed at revealing correlation between the flexibility, unemployment anxiety and quality of life. It also aimed at revealing the flexibility as a medium variable between unemployment anxiety and the quality of life among graduates, and identifying the correlation between unemployment anxiety and quality of life after statistical isolation of the flexibility. The study measures were applied on the sample of (300) graduate. The results have showed that: 1). There is negative correlation between flexibility and unemployment anxiety. 2) There is a positive correlation between flexibility and the quality of life. 3) Flexibility has a direct relationship with the quality of life and negatively affect the unemployment anxiety. It also plays a role in improving the quality of life after the exposure to unemployment anxiety. Flexibility played the role of the mediator between the unemployment anxiety and the quality of life. Inaddition there is a direct correlation between unemployment anxiety and the quality of life. -There are differences in the flexibility according to gender variable in favor of the unmarried females and, there are differences in the quality of life according to the variable social situation in favor of the unmarried. Furthermore there are of differences in the positive flexibility and anxiety of unemployment according to the variable of university graduation grade. There are of differences in the flexibility and unemployment anxiety according to the variable income of the family. (Published Abstract)
