هدف البحث إلى الوقوف على الميزة التنافسية في الجامعات الفلسطينية، من خلال استقراء الواقع الحالي للجامعات وما تقدمه من إسهامات في بناء المجتمع الفلسطيني وتطويره وتلبية حاجات سوق العمل، وصناعة القرار الثقافي للمجتمع وتشجيع القوى الفكرية البحثية وبيان جودة ومخرجات التعليم العالي الفلسطيني. ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوقوف على رصد عناصر الميزة التنافسية للوصول إلى الأحكام والرؤى التي يتبناها البحث، وقد توصل البحث إلى أهم النتائج التي توضع من خلالها استراتيجية فلسطينية لتحديد الميزة التنافسية في التعليم الجامعي الفلسطيني وكان من أهمها الانتقال من التعليم التقليدي إلى التعليم الجديد من خلال: استعمال وإنتاج التكنولوجيا، واختيار المقررات الجامعية بما يتفق مع التطور المعرفي في عصر ثورة المعلومات، وإعادة النظر في أهداف التعليم العالي ليأخذ أهدافه من فلسفة التنمية الشاملة للنفس الإنسانية وللمجتمع مع المحافظة على الثوابت المتصلة بالعقيدة، والحاجة إلى تخطيط تعليمي على مستوى السلطة ووزارة التربية والتعليم العالي والجامعات والوزارات للتعرف على الاحتياجات الضرورية من الخريجين، وإعادة تخطيط التعليم العالي بما يفي باستيعاب الأعداد المتزايدة من الملتحقين، وتحصين المنتسبين للتعليم العالي بذواتهم وهويتهم وثقافتهم الإسلامية، ومراجعة سياسة القبول للكليات النظرية، وتوظيف البحث العلمي للإسهام في حل مشكلات المجتمع، تحسين مدخلات التعليم العالي بدءا من التنسيق المستمر مع مراحل التعليم العام والتأكد من تأهيله لمتطلبات التعليم العالي، وانتهاء برفع مستوى آليات القبول وفق معايير ومقاييس دقيقة. The research aims to identify the competitive advantage in the Palestinian universities, through the extrapolation of current reality of the university and its contributions in building the Palestinian society and its development and meet the needs of the labor market, and decision-making culture of the community and encourage the forces of intellectual research and a statement quality and outputs of the Palestinian higher education. that the researcher used the descriptive analytical method to determine the monitoring elements of the competitive advantage. The most important results that are placed through which the Palestinian strategy to determine the competitive advantage in higher education the Palestinian and was the transition from traditional education to a new education through: the use, and production of technology, and selection of undergraduate courses in line with cognitive development in the era of information revolution, and to review the goals of higher education to take the objectives of the philosophy of the overall development of the human soul and the need to planning education to the level of authority and the Ministry of education and Higher Education, universities and ministries to identify the essential needs of graduates, and re-planing of higher education, including levi accommodate the growing numbers of enrollment, and immunization associate of higher education by themselves and their identity and their Islamic culture, and review of the admission policy for colleges theory, and employment research scientific contribution in solving the problems of society, improving the input of higher education starting from the continuous coordination with general education, and the end of raising the level of acceptance mechanisms according to the standards and the standards of minutes.
