يتناول التقرير الراهن الجوانب الكمية والنوعية لجودة عمليتي التعليم والتعلم داخل برنامج الدبلوم العام نظام العام الواحد بمعهد الدراسات والبحوث التربوية - جامعة القاهرة من خلال سبعة محاور. ارتبط كل محور بعدد من المبينات، واعتمد وصف كل محور على تحليل الوثائق والتقارير الرسمية والدراسات البحثية، والإحصاءات ، والتحليل البيئي للمؤسسة، وكذلك إجراء بعض مقابلات مع عدد من الطلاب فى البرنامج للتعرف على آرائهم حول طبيعة المقررات الدراسية التي تقدم في البرنامج ، ومدى الاستفادة منها في الميدان العملي بمدارس الوزارة ، وأثرما اكتسبوه من دعم وإثراء متنوع فى جميع التخصصات التربوية على التفاعل الإيجابي مع التلاميذ بالمدارس. وخلص التقرير في تحليله النوعي لوجود العديد من نقاط القوة التي تيسر للبرنامج تقديم خدمة تعليمية بجودة نوعية جيدة، منها وضوح أهداف البرنامج ، وسيادة جو من العلاقات الطيبة بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس والمشاركين في البرنامج ، علاوة على قيام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بنشر بحوثهم في دوريات علمية محكمة محلية ودولية، وكذا تحكيمهم الرسائل العلمية ( ماجستير ودكتوراه) سواء داخل الجامعة أو خارجها أو في البلاد العربية، بالإضافة إلى اشتراك جميع الأقسام بالمعهد في تدريس هذا البرنامج . ولكن في المقابل يوجد به بعض نقاط الضعف التي تؤثر بالسلب على كافة الجهود المبذولة في الوقت الراهن ومستقبليًا إذا لم يتم التعامل معها ومواجهتها، منها لا توجد مقررات اختيارية أمام الطلاب، وكذلك عدم وجود آليات لمتابعة خريجي هذا البرنامج بعد تخرجهم والتحاقهم بسوق العمل ، فضلا عن وجود حالة من التفاوت بين مستوى الملتحقين بالبرنامج كونهم من كليات وجامعات مختلفة وأعمار سنية متباينة، مما قد يوجد بعض المشكلات. The current report addresses the quantitative and qualitative aspects of quality in teaching and learning methods within the general diploma program, a one-year system at the Institute of Educational Studies and Research - Cairo University. The reportis based on seven areas each linked to a number of indicators, and describing each area and its indicators based on the analysis of documents, official reports, research studies, statistics and environmental analysis of the institution. Additionally, interviews were conducted with a number of students in the program to learn about their views on the nature of the courses offered in the program and the extent to which these students derive benefits from these courses in the field within the public schools as well as the impact of their learning in the various courses on their positive interaction with students in schools. Qualitative analysis of the report led to the conclusion that the program has several strong points that enable it to offer a quality educational services, including clarity of the objectives of the program, and an environment of good relations among faculty and participants in the program. Furthermore, faculty members publish their research in distinguished periodicals and scholarly journals, locally and internationally, they referee academic theses (master’s and doctorate), be it within the university or elsewhere in the Arab world .The fact that all departments of the Institute participate in the teaching of this program gives it additional strenghts. Conversely, there are some weaknesses that negatively impact all of the exerted efforts at the present time and in the future if such weaknesses are not dealt with and addressed. Included in these weaknesses is the lack of elective courses available to students, the lack of follow-up methods with the graduates of this program once they finish their studies and enter the workforce, and the fact that disparities do exist between the level of students joining the program in that they come from different colleges and universities with different age brackets which may cause some problems. Le présent rapport aborde les aspects quantitatifs et qualitatifs de l'enseignement et de l'apprentissage dispensés durant l’année de diplôme général de l’Institut d'études et de recherches en sciences de l’éduction de l’Université du Caire. Sept critères ont été appliqués dont chacun est associé à des indicateurs. L’étude se base sur la description de chaque critère – dans ses menus détails - par la lecture de documents, de rapports officiels, d’études et de statistiques. Une analyse de l'environnement de l'institution a également été menée, ainsi que différents entretiens avec un certain nombre d'étudiants afin de prendre connaissance de leurs points de vue sur la nature et l’intérêt des cours proposés, dans le cadre de l’application pratique des programmes dans les écoles publiques. Il s’agissait également d’évaluer le degré d’interaction entre l’enseignement reçu dans l’Institut, la profession de pédagogue que les étudiants seront amenés à endosser et l’impact positif de cette formation sur les élèves des écoles publiques. Le rapport fait le bilan des principaux points forts du programme qui lui permettent de dispenser un enseignement de très bonne qualité: clarté des objectifs du programme, et un climat de bonne entente entre les professeurs et les participants. Les membres du corps professoral publient également leurs recherches dans des périodiques scientifiques, locales et internationales, et arbitrent les travaux universitaires (master et doctorat) à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'université ou dans les pays arabes. Tous les départements de l'institut participent à l'enseignement de ce programme. D'un autre côté, il reste certaines défaillances qui affecteront négativement tous les efforts déployés dans le présent et l'avenir si elles se sont traitées: l'absence de cours d’options pour les étudiants, l’inexistence d’un suivi des diplômés et de leur entrée dans la vie active, ainsi que la disparité entre les différents participants à ce programme selon leur faculté et leur université d’origine, ainsi que leurs différences d’âges.
