هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة التزام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة شقراء بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي (الأخلاقيات المتعلقة باختيار موضوع البحث، بإجراء البحث، بكتابة تقرير البحث العلمي، وبنشر البحث). والفروق في درجة التزام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي وفق متغيرات: الكلية (التربية/ العلوم والدراسات الإنسانية)، المؤهل العلمي (أستاذ مساعد/ أستاذ مشارك)، الجنس (ذكور/ إناث). وعدد سنوات الخبرة (من 3 إلى أقل من 6 سنوات/ من 6 إلى أقل من 10 سنوات/ أكثر من 10 سنوات). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمقارن، وتكونت العينة النهائية من (100) عضو هيئة تدريس بالتخصصات المختلفة التربوية والدراسات والعلوم الإنسانية (75) عضو هيئة تدريس بكلية التربية، 43 عضو هيئة تدريس بالعلوم والدراسات الإنسانية من الجنسين (60 من الذكور، 40 من الإناث)، طبق عليهم مقياس أخلاقيات البحث العلمي (إعداد الباحثة) بعد التحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة التزام أفراد عينة البحث بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة جدا في الأخلاقيات المتعلقة باختيار موضوع وبإجراء البحث وبكتابة تقرير البحث العلمي وبنشر البحث، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في درجة التزام أفراد عينة البحث بأبعاد الأخلاقيات المتعلقة باختيار موضوع البحث، وبإجراء البحث والدرجة الكلية لأخلاقيات البحث العلمي، بينما لم توجد فروق في درجة الالتزام بأبعاد الأخلاقيات المتعلقة باختيار موضوع البحث، وبكتابة تقرير البحث وبنشر البحث والدرجة الكلية لأخلاقيات البحث العلمي وفق متغير المؤهل العلمي، كما لم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الأخلاقيات المتعلقة باختيار موضوع البحث وفق متغير الجنس، وعدم وجود فروق في درجة الالتزام بأبعاد الأخلاقيات المتعلقة باختيار موضوع البحث، وبإجراء وبكتابة تقرير البحث وبنشر البحث والدرجة الكلية لأخلاقيات البحث العلمي حيث جاءت قيم (ف) غير دالة إحصائيا وفق عدد سنوات الخبرة حيث جاءت قيم (Z) غير دالة إحصائيا. في حين وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا في الأخلاقيات المتعلقة بكتابة تقرير البحث وبنشر البحث وفق متغير الكلية في اتجاه كلية التربية. وفي الأخلاقيات المتعلقة بإجراء البحث وفق متغير المؤهل العلمي في اتجاه أستاذ مساعد. وفي درجة التزام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة شقراء بأبعاد الأخلاقيات المتعلقة بإجراء وبكتابة تقرير البحث وبنشر البحث والدرجة الكلية لأخلاقيات البحث العلمي في اتجاه الذكور. The study aimed to reveal the degree of commitment of faculty members at Shaqra University to the ethics of scientific research (ethics related to choosing a research topic, conducting research, writing a scientific research report, and publishing the research). And the differences in the degree of commitment of faculty members to the ethics of scientific research according to the variables: college (education / science and human studies), qualification (assistant professor / associate professor), gender (male / female), and number of years of experience (from 3 to less than 6 years). From 6 to less than 10 years / More than 10 years). To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive, analytical and comparative approach was used, and the final sample consisted of (100) faculty members in various educational disciplines, studies and humanities (57 faculty members in the College of Education, 43 faculty members in studies and humanities of both sexes (60 males, 40 males). Females), a measure of scientific research ethics prepared by the researcher was applied to them after verifying its psychometric properties. The study concluded that the degree of commitment of the research sample members to the ethics of scientific research came to a very high degree in ethics related to choosing a topic, conducting research, writing a scientific research report and publishing the research, as well as The results showed that there were no differences in the degree of commitment of the research sample members to the dimensions of ethics related to choosing the research topic, conducting the research and the total degree of scientific research ethics, while there were no differences in the degree of commitment to the dimensions of ethics related to choosing the research topic, writing the research report and publishing the research and the total degree of scientific research ethics According to the educational qualification variable, and there were no statistically significant differences in ethics related to the selection of the research topic according to the variable Gender, and there were no differences in the degree of commitment to the dimensions of ethics related to choosing the research topic, conducting and writing the research report, publishing the research and the overall degree of scientific research ethics, where the values of (P) were not statistically significant according to the number of years of experience, where the values of (Z) were not statistically significant. While there were statistically significant differences in the ethics related to writing the research report and publishing the research according to the college variable in the direction of the College of Education. And in the ethics related to conducting research according to the educational qualification variable in the direction of an assistant professor. And in the degree of commitment of faculty members at Shaqra University to the dimensions of ethics related to conducting and writing the research report and publishing the research and the overall degree of scientific research ethics in the direction of males.
