This study aims to explore the organizational communication between blind or visually impaired workers and blind or visually impaired Saudi university students to prepare them to labor market. Also, it explores the organizational identifies how employees help their communication system interaction between the study categories. Moreover, the study blind pair workers and prepare them to the labor market and identify the provided services in the communication system. The study reveals how employers act differently in employment the blind people. I designed a digital platform to help blind workers to work together and the blind Saudi university students to prepare them to labor market and professional life. The study belongs to semi experimental studies, and it follows the experimental method. Also, it is built upon group work theories and productivity. Study’s data is collected from 24 workers and students, they are 12 male and female students and 12 male and female workers. They are separated to two groups which are control group, and experimental group. Prepare me professionally is the digital platform of this experiment, and it is designed for blind and visually impaired people. The result approves how interactive the organizational communication system between study groups. Also, it approves the success of designing a digital platform for blind people or visually impaired. Those blind groups communicate and interact with each other through the digital platform, and it helps the other blind people who search for job by giving them many advice and instructions. Finally, the interactive organizational communication is successfully completed through the digital platform “prepare me professionally“. (Published abstract)
