The study aimed to identify the role of blended education in the development of education and the transition towards eLearning from the point of view of educational supervisors, by identifying the reality of the application of blended education in education from the point of view of educational supervisors, as well as revealing the requirements for the application of blended learning and the transition towards e-learning and the disclosure of The expected aspects of development in education when applying blended learning from the point of view of educational supervisors, identifying the factors that help in the transition towards e-learning when using blended education from the point of view of educational supervisors, and identifying the obstacles that limit the application of blended learning in education and the transition towards e-learning, the study followed the descriptive survey approach,, where the study community consisted of all female educational supervisors in the city of Riyadh in the office (west and north of Riyadh), who numbered (60) supervisors, and a questionnaire was built that consisted of three axes to measure the role.it consisted of (15) phrases, the second measured the requirements (12) phrases, and the third measured the obstacles, consisting of (15) phrases, and the third Component that measures two open questions, the first about the aspects of expected development in education when applying education. Blended, and the second on the factors that help the transformation of e-learning when using blended education was applied to an exploratory sample of (30) supervisors from outside the original study community to ensure honesty and reliability, questionnaires were distributed to them electronically, and the most prominent results were: Blended education in the development of education and the transition towards e-learning at a medium degree, from the point of view of the educational supervisors, its arithmetic mean value was (3.38) and its standard deviation (0.91). ) and its standard deviation (0.89), while the most prominent aspects of the expected development in education when applying blended learning from the point of view of educational supervisors is to employ information and communication technology effectively in the future and to rely on technology as a basic factor in teaching so that the elements of the educational process are (teacher - student - course content - technology). And the development of communication, negotiation and problem solving competencies for the human element in the educational system based on private education Electronic and distance education and the use of blended learning include changing the role of the teacher from a source of knowledge to a facilitator and partner by sharing knowledge, participatory and self-learning, diversifying sources of knowledge and information sources, and presenting them with advanced multi-media technical methods. and supervisors, and factors related to training, preparing teachers, professional development, and financial, material and technical factors), most notably the issuance of regulations, circulars and directives for female teachers in the educational process to enhance practices in blended education and the shift towards e-learning, identifying the training needs of all female teachers, organizing a training program for female teachers regarding the employment of blended education, and activating Educational platforms to be suitable for the environment of the application of the blended education system, as it was found that the degree of obstacles that limit the application of blended education and the transition towards e-learning with a high degree (3.59) and a standard deviation (0.93), and the most prominent recommendations were to work to strengthen the application of blended education to develop education and shift towards e-learning, and Achieving requirements to improve the role of blended learning in developing education and shifting towards e-learning and overcoming the training and material obstacles revealed by the study.
