هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة التخطيط الاستراتيجي لدى قائدات المدارس الثانوية في بيشة في ضوء الاعتماد المدرسي، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وشمل مجتمع الدراسة قائدات المدارس الثانوية في بيشة، وبلغت العينة 57 قائد، وخرجت الدراسة بنتائج أبرزها المتوسط العام لاستجابات أفراد الدراسة من قائدات المدارس الثانوية التابعة لإدارة تعليم بيشة على عبارات محور (درجة ممارسة التخطيط الاستراتيجي لدى قائدات المدارس الثانوية في بيشة) قد بلغ (4.51 درجة من 5) والذي يشير إلى درجة (موافق بشدة). وكان من أبرز ما أوصت به الدراسة ضرورة إشراك قائدات المدارس منسوبي المدرسة حسب قدراتهم في تنفيذ أهداف الخطة الاستراتيجية، وأن المتوسط العام لاستجابات أفراد الدراسة من قائدات المدارس الثانوية التابعة لإدارة تعليم بيشة على عبارات محور (درجة تطبيق معايير الاعتماد المدرسي) معيار القيادة المدرسية (في المدارس الثانوية في بيشة) قد بلغ (4.56 درجة من 5) والذي يشير إلى درجة (موافق بشدة(.
