The goal of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of teaching science using the Pentagram Strategy in the development of life skills among middle school female students ،and to achieve this goal ،the current research relied on a semi-experimental approach based on the pre and post measurement of two groups: one is experimental and the other is control .The research sample, which was chosen intentionally consisted of 60 female students from second year intermediate female students in the ministry of education of Sabia ،and it has randomly divided into two equivalent groups : one is experimental amounted to 30 female student received their education in the unit of " human body organs" using the Pentagram Strategy and the other has received their education in the same unit with the usual method ،and research tool which are represented in: life skills scale cognitive dimension ،life skills scale behavioral dimension and life skills scale affective dimension have been applied pre and post on the two groups ،during the first semester of the academic year 1441- 1442 Hijri . The search results in the effectiveness of teaching science using the Pentagram Strategy in the development of life skills among middle school female students have resulted in the existence of differences with statistically significant at the level of (0.05) among the averages of grades of the students of the two groups experimental and control in the post application of life skills scale cognitive dimension in favor of the experimental group ،and the existence of differences with statistically significant at the level of (0.05) among the averages of grades of the students of the two groups experimental and control in the post application of life skills scale behavioral dimension in favor of the experimental group . Also, there are no differences with statistically significant at the level of (0.05) among the averages of grades of the students of the two groups experimental and control in the post application of life skills scale affective dimension in favor of the experimental group. In the light of these results some recommendations and suggestions have been provided. (Published abstract)
