هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة معوقات ومشكلات استخدام الوسائط التعليمية في رياض الأطفال في فلسطين من وجهة نظر مديرات ومعلمات هذه الرياض. تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي المسحي الميداني. وتم جمع المعلومات من خلال استبانة تكونت من (30) فقرة طبقت على عينة تكونت من (48) مديرة، و(83) معلمة من العاملات في رياض الأطفال للعام الدراسي 2019-2020م. أظهرت النتائج أن معظم رياض الأطفال في فلسطين تعاني من العديد من معوقات ومشكلات استخدام الوسائط التعليمية، وتبين أيضاً أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين آراء مديرات رياض الأطفال ومعلماتها في فلسطين نحو معوقات ومشكلات استخدام الوسائط التعليمية تبعاً لمتغيرات طبيعة الوظيفة، والتخصص، وسنوات الخبرة، والحالة الاجتماعية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمعوقات ومشكلات استخدام الوسائط التعليمية في رياض الأطفال في فلسطين من وجهة نظر مديرات الرياض ومعلماتها تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. التوصيات: العناية بالوسائط التعليمية المتوافرة في رياض الأطفال، وجعلها أكثر فاعلية وفي متناول أيدي الأطفال. وضرورة استخدام الوسائط التقنية الحديثة في رياض الأطفال في فلسطين كالحاسوب لأهميته البالغة في تنمية القدرات العقلية وكونه وسيلة ترويحية مشوقة للأطفال. The study aims to identify the obstacles and problems of using educational media in kindergartens in Palestine from the point of view of the principals and teachers of these kindergartens. A descriptive field survey method was employed. Data was collected through a questionnaire consisting of (30) items applied to a sample of (48) principals and (83) female teachers working in kindergartens for the academic year 2019-2020. The results showed that most kindergartens in Palestine suffer from many obstacles and problems in using educational media. Moreover, there are no statistically significant differences between the views of kindergarten principals and teachers in Palestine towards the obstacles and problems of using educational media due to the nature of job, specialization, years of experience, and marital status. The results also show the presence of statistically significant differences in the obstacles and problems of using educational media in kindergartens in Palestine due to educational qualification. The study recommends paying attention to educational media available in kindergartens and making them more effective and accessible to children. It also recommends using modern media in kindergartens in Palestine due to its great importance in developing mental abilities. (Published abstract)
