هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة فاعلية برنامج القيادة المدرسية في تطوير أداء قيادات المدارس العمانية بالمركز التخصصي للتدريب المهني للمعلمين. وتحديد الفروق والتي تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والمسمى الوظيفي، وسنوات الخبرة في مجال العمل، وتاريخ الالتحاق ببرنامج القيادة المدرسية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة تكونت من (38) فقرة موزعة على أربعة محاور، تم تطبيقها على عينة تكونت من (145) من قيادات المدارس العمانية. وبينت نتائجها أن درجة فاعلية برنامج القيادة المدرسية في تطوير أداء قيادات المدارس العمانية بالمركز التخصصي للتدريب المهني للمعلمين كانت بدرجة كبيرة، وأن أعلى محاور أداة الدراسة كان محور فاعلية برنامج القيادة في العلاقات الإنسانية والتواصل مع المجتمع المحلي حيث حصل على أعلى متوسط حسابي بلغ (4.27) كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، والمسمى الوظيفي، وسنوات الخبرة في مجال العمل، بينما توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير تاريخ الالتحاق ببرنامج القيادة المدرسية تعزى إلى الدفعة الأولى الملتحقة بالبرنامج 2016-2017 ، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة الاستمرار في برنامج القيادة المدرسية لمديري المدارس ومساعديهم؛ لأن بعضهم أكدوا أنَّ البرنامج أسهم في تطوير مهاراتهم القيادية. The effectiveness of the school leadership program to develop the performance of the Omani school leaderships in the specialized center of vocational training for teachers. This study aims at identifying the degree of effectiveness of the school leadership program in developing the performance of Omani school leaders in the specialized center of vocational training of teachers. The study showed that some factors are affected by gender variables, job title, years of experience in the field of work and the registration date in the school leadership program. As a result, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of 38 paragraphs divided into four themes. The results showed that the effectiveness degree of the school leadership program for developing the performance of the Omani school leaders in the specialized center of vocational training for teachers was very high. They also showed that the highest focus was the effectiveness of the leadership program in human relations and communication with the local community, where the highest cumulative average of (4.27) was recorded. The results indicated that there are no statistically significant differences related to gender variable, job title, and years of experience, while there are statistical differences related to the registration date in the school leadership program due to the first execution of the program 2016-2017. Therefore, the researcher recommended that the school leadership program for school managers and their assistants has to be continued for the development of leadership skills. (Published abstract)
