هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن واقع البيئة الجامعية في جامعة طَيبة بالمدينة المنورة من وجهة نظر طلابها وطالباتها، ومدى تباين هذا الواقع باختلاف الجنس، والتخصص الأكاديمي. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال تطبيق أداة البحث المتمثلة في "استبانة تشخيص واقع البيئة الجامعية"، على عينة عشوائية طبقية مكونة من (384) طالباً وطالبة، وتم استخدام اختبار (ت) للكشف عن دلالات الفروق الإحصائية بين متوسطي عينتين مستقلتين .وأظهرت النتائج أن الدرجة الكلية لواقع البيئة الجامعية في جامعة طَيبة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما جاءت بقية المجالات الأخرى بدرجة متوسطة، مع وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة واقع البيئة الجامعية تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الطلاب (الذكور)، وفروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير التخصص الأكاديمي لصالح طلبة الكليات النظرية. وبناءً على نتائج الدراسة، تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات. The current study aimed to reveal the reality of the university environment at the University of Taibah from its students’ view. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach through the application of the tool “the reality of the university environment questionnaire” to a random stratified sample of (384) male and female a random student and the (T) test was used to examine the significance of the statistical differences between the averages of two independent samples. The results showed that the overall score for the reality of the university environment at the University of Taibah came with a medium degree, with the presence of statistically significant differences in the degree of the university environment reality attributed to the gender variable in favor of (male) students, as well as statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of academic specialty to the benefit of students of theoretical colleges.
