هدفت هذة الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس محافظة إربد للقيادة الملهمة، وعلاقتها بمستوى شغف المعلمين تجاه مهنتهم من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (380) معلماً ومعلمةً في مدارس محافظة إربد. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة مكونةٍ من (52) فقرة، موزعة على جزأين: الجزء الأول، القيادة الملهمة، وتكون من (32) فقرة، موزعة على خمسة مجالات (الثقة بالنفس، وتمكين المعلمين، وإدارة التغيير، والرؤية الاستراتيجية، والحساسية تجاه المتغيرات البيئية)، والجزء الثاني: الشغف، وتكون من (20) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات (الشغف العام، والشغف الانسجامي، والشغف القهري). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس محافظة إربد للقيادة الملهمة جاءت متوسطة، وأن مستوى شغف المعلمين تجاه مهنتهم جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، مع وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائياً بين درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس محافظة إربد للقيادة الملهمة ومستوى شغف المعلمين تجاه مهنتهم من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وأوصت الباحثتان بضرورة تعزيز معارف المديرين ومهاراتهم فيما يتعلق بالقيادة الملهمة وتطبيقاتها في مجال الممارسات التربوية، من خلال برامج التدريب وورش العمل واللقاءات التربوية. This study aimed to uncover the degree of practicing inspiring leadership by school principals in Irbid governorate and its relationship to the level of teachers’. Passion toward for their profession from the teachers’ point of view. The relational descriptive approach was used. The study sample consisted of (380) male and female teachers in Irbid governorate schools. The study tool was a questionnare consisting of (52) paragraphs, divided into two parts: the first part, inspiring leadership consisted of (32) paragraphs, divided into five areas (self-confidence, teacher empowerment, change management, strategic vision and sensitivity to environmental variables), while the second part: passion consisted of (20) paragraphs divided into three areas (general passion, harmonious craving and compulsive passion). The results of the study found that the degree to which school principals in Irbid governorate schools practiced inspiring leadership was moderate and the level of teachers’ passion toward their profession came with a high degree, with the existence of a statistically significant positive relationship between the degree of practicing inspiring leadership by school principals in Irbid governorate and teachers’ passion toward their profession from the teachers’ point of view. The researchers recommended the need to enhance principals’ knowledge and skills related to inspiring leadership and its applications in the field of educational practices, through training programs, workshops and educational meetings.
