هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى نوعية الحياة لدى العاملين من ذوي الإعاقة في الأردن وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات. قام الباحث بتطويرأداة لقياس مستوى نوعية الحياة لدى العاملين من ذوي الإعاقة. وقد تكونت أداة نوعية الحياة من (26) فقرة، وتم التأكد من معاملات صدقها وثباتها. اشتملت عينة الدراسة على (154) من الأفراد العاملين من ذوي الإعاقة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتيسرة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الدرجة الكلية والدرجة على مجالات مقياس نوعية الحياة لدى العاملين من ذوي الإعاقة كان متوسطًا، حيث دلت النتائج على تمتع الإناث العاملات ذوات الإعاقة بنوعية حياة أفضل منها لدى الذكور، أما في متغير العمر، فكانت الفروق لصالح الفئة العمرية (أقل من 30 سنة)، وفي متغير المؤهل العلمي كانت لصالح فئة (ثانوية فما دون). وفي متغير عمر الإصابة فكانت ل صالح الفئات العمرية (15-6 سنة) و(أكثر من 16 سنة)، بينما لم تظُهر النتائج أية فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري نوع الإعاقة، وعدد سنوات العمل. This study aimed to identify the quality of life of workers with disabilities in Jordan and its relationship to some variables. The researcher developed the study tool consisting of (26) items. Validity and reliability of the tool were confirmed. A convenient sample included (154) working individuals with disabilities. Results showed that the level of quality of life for workers with disabilities was average. Significant differences were found for the quality of life due to gender in favor of females. In the age variable, differences were in favor of the age group (less than 30 years) and in the variable educational qualification, differences were in favor of the category (secondary or less), while in the variable age of injury, differences were in favor of the age groups (6-15 years) and (more than 16 years). Furthermore, results showed that there were no statistically significant differences attributable to the variables of the of disability and years of experience. (Published abstract)
