هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مدارس الهيئة الملكية بالجبيل المتعلقة ب (القيادة، والاستراتيجية، والموارد البشرية، والشراكات والموارد، والعمليات) من وجهة نظر المعلمين، والكشف عن الفروق الإحصائية التي تُعزى لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخدمة، والمرحلة الدراسية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتطبيق استبانة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغ عددها (323) معلماً. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة قد جاء كبيرة، بمتوسط حسابي عام بلغ (3.61)، مع وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تُعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخدمة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تُعزى لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية. The study aimed to investigate the degree of Total Quality Management (TQM) standards application in the Royal Commission schools in Jubail related to: (leadership, strategy, human resources, partnerships and resources, and operations) from the teachers' perspective as well as to detect the presence of statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of educational qualification, experience and educational stage. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used and a questionnaire was composed and applied to a simple random sample included (323) teachers. The study found that the degree of Total Quality Management standards application came high and the general arithmetical mean was (3.61). There were statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of educational qualification and experience while there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of educational stage.
