هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرُّف مدى ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للعلاقات الإنسانية في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر طلابهم، وتكونت عينتها من (633) طالب وطالبة، وجرى اختيارهم العينة بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية من مجتمع الدراسة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة جرى تطوير أداة للدراسة المكونة من (38) فقرة، موزعة على مجالين: العلاقات الشخصية والعلاقات الأكاديمية، وجرى استخدام متغير الجنس (ذكر، أنثى) والكلية (إنسانية وعلمية)، والجامعة )الهاشمية، اليرموك، الحسين). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للعلاقات الإنسانية مع طلابهم كانت بدرجة متوسطة، وكذلك وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مدى ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للعلاقات الإنسانية تعود لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، والكلية كانت لصالح الكليات الإنسانية، والجامعة كانت لصالح جامعة اليرموك، أوصت الدراسة: عقد الندوات وورش العمل من أجل إكساب أعضاء هيئة التدريس للعلاقات الإنسانية، وزيادة الاهتمام بتقييم أعضاء هيئة التدريس من قبل الطلبة وجعله إجباري. This study aims to identify the nature of human relations among faculty members in Jordanian universities from the point of view of students. Its sample consisted of (633) male and female students who were selected by a stratified random method. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (38) items was developed, and its items were divided into two areas: personal and academic relations. The variables of gender, college (humanitarian and scientific), and university (Al-Hashimiya, Yarmouk, and Al-Hussein) were used. The results of the study showed that the maintaining human relations by faculty members with their students was moderate. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the extent to which faculty members maintain human relations due to the gender variable in favor of females, and the college in favor of humanities colleges and the university in favor of Yarmouk University. The study recommends holding seminars and workshops in order to provide faculty members with human relations skills. (Published abstract)
