هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الرفاهية النفسية لدى الأساتذة، ومدى اختلافهم باختلاف جنسهم، مكان عملهم وأقدميتهم في التعليم من وجهة نظرهم، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 346 أستاذا وأستاذة قاموا بالإجابة على أسئلة مقياس الرفاهية النفسية. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الرفاهية النفسية لدى الأساتذة كان مرتفعا، كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرفاهية النفسية للأساتذة مهما كان جنسهم، مكان عملهم أو أقدميتهم في التعليم. وقد عرضت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات استنادا إلى النتائج التي تمخضت عنها. This study aimed to identify the level of teachers’ well-being, in the light of variables: gender, place of work and teacher experience. Three hundred and forty-six teachers participated in this study by completing well-being scale. The results of the study revealed that teachers described themselves as having high well-being, there are no statistically significant difference between teachers according to variables of gender, place of work and teacher experience. Finally, the study ended by offering a number of recommendations for practice and research. (Published abstract)
