استهدفت الدراسة إلقاء الضوء على تقنيات التعليم الإلكتروني والتعليم عن بعد في النظام التعليمي والوقوف على أهم المعوقات التي واجهتها الطالبة أثناء تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني والوصول لبعض المقترحات التي يجب وضعها في الاعتبار عند تطبيق التعليم الهجين في الجامعات المصرية والتعرف على العلاقة بين التعليم الإلكتروني والكفاءة الشخصية لطالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة في ظل جائحة Covid 19 المستجد. طبقت الباحثة استبانة على عينة مكونة من (100) طالبة من طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره أحد الطرق العلمية لجمع المعلومات وتفسيرها والوصول إلى استنتاجات في تحسين وتطوير الواقع في ضوء المتغيرات المتفاعلة والإجابة على الأسئلة المطروحة لمعرفة العلاقة بين التعليم الإلكتروني والكفاءة الشخصية لطالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه توجد علاقة موجبة بين التعليم الإلكتروني والكفاءة الشخصية وتطور أداء طالبات كلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة من الناحية (المعرفية -المهارية - الذاتية - الاجتماعية - الانفعالية)، وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة توظيف التعليم الإلكتروني في العملية التعليمية لأنه أصبح ضرورة ملحة حيث ساعد على حل العديد من المشكلات وتخطي حدود الزمان والمكان وخاصة في ظل الظروف الراهنة التي يمر بها العالم كانتشار جائحة Covid 19 المستجد، وضرورة توسيع البنية التحتية الإلكترونية وشبكات الإنترنت مما لا يؤثر سلبا على العملية التعليمية، واستخدام المعلم لتقنيات تكنولوجية تعليمية تتماشى مع مستحدثات العصر الرقمي وقدرات المتعلمين وتخاطب جميع حواسهم لتطور كفائتهم الشخصية وتغير دور المتعلم من متلقي ومستمع إلى باحث مكتشف ومستقصي وهذا هو الدور الأساسي والمنوط به من الطالب الجامعي للنهوض بالعملية التعليمية بالشكل الأمثل وتحسين مخرجات التعلم وتأهيل خريج قادر على المنافسة في سوق العمل. The current study aimed to shed light on e-learning techniques and virtual learning in the educational system, to identify the most important obstacles faced by the student during the application of e-learning and access to some proposals that must be taken when applying this learning in Egyptian universities, knowing the relationship between e-learning and Personality Competence for students at the College of Early Childhood Education during the COVID-19 pandemic; To achieve this, the researcher applied a questionnaire to a sample consisting of (100) female students from the College of Early Childhood Education, also researcher used the descriptive analytical approach as one of the scientific methods to collect and interpret information and reach conclusions in improving and developing reality in light of the interacting variables and answering the questions posed to know the relationship between e-learning and personality competence among students of the College of Early Childhood Education, and the results of the study showed that there is a positive relationship between using e-learning techniques and personality competence and improving the performance of students of the College of Early Childhood Education in terms of (cognitive - self - Social - emotional), and in light of the results of the study, the study recommended the necessity of using e-learning in the educational process because it has become an urgent necessity as it helped to solve many problems and transcend the boundaries of time and space, especially in light of the current conditions that happened in the world the COVID-19 pandemic. The necessity of expanding the electronic infrastructure and internet networks, which does not negatively affect the educational process, using of educational technology techniques by teacher's that are in line with the developments of the digital age, the capabilities of learners, interact with their senses to develop their personal competence, change the role of the learner from recipient and listener to a discoverer and investigator and this is the basic role entrusted to the student University programs to optimize the educational process, and to improve learning outcomes, and qualify a graduate able to compete in future work.
