قام الباحث بإعداد هذا البحث وتساؤلاته، وهي: 1) ما الأسس الفكرية للمنظمة البارعة في المنظمات التعليمية؟ 2) ما واقع توظيف المنظمة البارعة في مدارس التعليم العام في محافظة المنيا من وجهة نظر معلمي تلك المدارس؟ 3) ما تصورات بعض الخبراء في قطاعي الأعمال والتربية حيال آليات توظيف المنظمة البارعة في مدارس التعليم العام في جمهورية مصر العربية؟ 4) ما الرؤية الاستشرافية لتوظيف المنظمة البارعة في مدارس التعليم العام في جمهورية مصر العربية؟ واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي؛ وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث صمم الباحث استبانة تحتوي على 44 عبارة موزعة على بعدين يرتبطان بالموضوع، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية وشملت 2066 معلما في محافظة المنيا، كما تم الاعتماد أيضا على أسلوب دلفي في الوقوف على آراء الخبراء في تخصصات إدارة الأعمال والإدارة التعليمية في دول عربية ثلاثة هي مصر والعراق والأردن حول الرؤية الاستشرافية لآليات توظيف المنظمة البارعة في مدارس التعليم العام في جمهورية مصر العربية، وذلك بتصميم استمارات دلفي وتم توزيعها أربع جولات متعاقبة. وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية، أن واقع المنظمة البارعة في مدارس التعليم العام في محافظة المنيا يتراوح بين متوسط وضعيف، وفي ضوء هذه النتيجة وضع البحث رؤية استشرافية لآليات توظيف المنظمة البارعة في مدارس التعليم العام المتعلقة برؤية للمدرسة، وتحديد الهيكل التنظيمي، وتطوير السياق التنظيمي، وحفز ومكافأة الموارد البشرية، والتخطيط الإستراتيجي للبراعة، وبناء ثقافة للبراعة، واختيار القيادة المناسبة. The research aims at answering the following questions: 1) what are the intellectual basis of ambidextrous organizations at educational institutions? 2) What is the reality of ambidextrous organization in general education schools in Minia from the perspective of their teachers? 3) What are the perceptions of some experts in education and business sectors towards the mechanisms of ambidextrous organizations general education schools in Egypt? 4) What is the prospective vision for ambidextrous organization to implement at schools of general education in Egypt? The present research is based on the descriptive methodology which is adequate for the subject of the research. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher designed a questionnaire as an instrument for the research, it consists of 44 statements, distributed among 2 dimensions related to the subject. The questionnaire has been applied on a random sample which includes 2066 teachers from Minia. Delphi technique is also used to explore viewpoints of experts in different specifications in business and educational administrations in three Arabic countries: Egypt, Iraq, and Jordan. Regarding the prospective vision to the implementation of ambidextrous organization in general education schools, via designing Delphi forms distributed into 4 successive rounds. Findings reached revealed, the status quo of ambidextrous organization in general education schools in Minia ranges from medium to weak. In the light of this conclusion, the researcher came to a prospective vision to implement the ambidextrous organization at schools of general education. It consists of basics, mechanisms related to vision of schools, widening organizational structure, developing organizational context, motivating and rewarding human resources, planning strategically of ambidexterity, the culture of ambidexterity, and choosing the adequate leadership.
