هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الكفايات الأدائية التي تحتاج إليها معلمات رياض الأطفال عند تنفيذ منهج متعدد التخصصات (اللغة العربية - الرياضيات). استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، حيث اشتملت مجموعة البحث على (30) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال القائمات بتدريس منهج متعدد التخصصات، طبقت عليهم أداه الدراسة وهي عباره عن بطاقة ملاحظة من تصميم الباحثة تتضمن (2 كفايات رئيسية، 20 كفاية فرعية) وذلك لملاحظة مستوى توافر تلك الكفايات حيث روعي في صياغتها أن تتميز بالدقة والوضوح وأن تكون العبارات قصيره ومحددة وتوصل البحث الحالي إلى مجموعة من النتائج ومنها: وجود قصور في الكفايات الأدائية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال المنفذات لمنهج متعدد التخصصات (لغة عربية -رياضيات) عند مستوي الدلالة (0.01). The current research aim is to identify the performance competencies that kindergarten teachers need when implementing a multidisciplinary curriculum (Arabic language - mathematics) and to achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach, where the research sample included (30) kindergarten teachers who teach a multidisciplinary approach, the study tool was applied to them, which is a notecard designed by the researcher that includes (3 main competencies, 30 sub-competencies) to note the level of availability of these competencies as it was taken into account that they are characterized by accuracy and clarity and that the phrases are short and specific. Such as: There is a deficiency in the performance competencies of kindergarten teachers when implementing a multidisciplinary curriculum (Arabic language - mathematics) at the significance level of (0.01).
