هدف البحث إلى تقديم بعض المقترحات التي يمكن أن تسهم في تقليل فرص الصراع التنظيمي بين معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة المنوفية، من خلال التعرف على واقع الصراع التنظيمي لدى معلمي التعليم الابتدائي بمحافظة المنوفية من وجهة نظرهم، وكذلك التعرف على الفروق بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مستوى الصراع التنظيمي بمرحلة التعليم الابتدائي بمحافظة المنوفية تبعا لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، الجنس. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، والاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة المنوفية، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغت (500) معلما من مجتمع الدراسه البالغ (21302) معلما من معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة المنوفية. توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن واقع الصراع التنظيمي لدى معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة المنوفية جاء كبيرا. The objective of the study is to provide some proposals that could contribute to reducing the organizational conflict between the primary education teachers in Menoufia governorate. This is by identifying the reality of the organizational conflict among primary education teachers in Menoufia governorate from their point of view. Averages of responses by members of the sample study on the level of organizational conflict at the primary school level in Menoufia governorate are also identified according to the variables of scientific qualification, years of experience and gender. The study depends on the qualitative method of research and questionnaire as tools of collecting the data of the study. The community of the study is made up of all the teachers of the first cycle of basic education in Menoufia governorate. A simple random sample of (500) teachers of (21,302) from the community of the study is selected from the first cycle of basic education in Menoufia governorate. The study reveals a series of results, the most important of which is that the reality of the organizational conflict among teachers of the first cycle of basic education in Menoufia governorate is significant.
