هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع إدارة الأزمات في المؤسسات التعليمية في ظل جائحة كورونا (كوفيد-19) من وجهة نظر مديري التعليم الثانوي والمتوسط، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (239) مديراً وهو من أصل (801) مديرا الموجودين على مستوى مؤسسات التعليم ثانوي ومتوسط من مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في بعض ولايات الجزائر، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية العنقودية. كما تم تصميم أداة الدراسة من طرف الباحث في شكل استبيان موزع على خمس أبعاد، وبعد معالجة البيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج؛ أهمها: وجود مستوى مرتفع في استجابات أفراد العينة حول واقع إدارة الأزمات في المؤسسات التعليمية في ظل جائحة كورونا (كوفيد-19) جاءت بوزن نسبي (79.33). كان ترتبت أبعاد المقياس كما يلي: جاء بُعد الإتصال في مواجهة أزمة جائحة كورونا في المرتبة الاولى بوزن نسبي (82.29)، ثم بُعد احتواء أزمة جائحة كورونا في المرتبة الثانية بوزن نسبي (80.07)، يليه في المرتبة الثالثة بُعد التنظيم لمواجهة أزمة جائحة كورونا بوزن نسبي (79.79)، أما في المرتبة الرابعة جاء بُعد التخطيط لمواجهة أزمة جائحة كورونا بوزن نسبي (78.67)، ويأتي في المرتبة الاخيرة بُعد مرحة الاستعداد والنشاط ما بعد الأزمة بوزن نسبي (75.85). The study aimed to identify the reality of crisis management in educational institutions in light of the Corona (Covid-19) pandemic from the point of view of secondary and intermediate education officials, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The study sample consisted of (239) headmasters, out of (801) headmasters present in secondary and middle education institutions from the study population represented in some cities of Algeria. The study sample was selected by cluster sampling. The study tool was designed by the researcher in the form of a questionnaire included five dimensions. After processing the data, the study reached many results; the most important of them: The presence of a high level in the sample members responses about the reality of crisis management in educational institutions in light of the Corona pandemic (Covid-19), which reached a relative weight (79.33) The questionnaire dimensions were arranged as follows: communication to face the Corona pandemic was in first place with relative weight (82.29), then containment of the Corona pandemic in second place with relative weight (80.07), followed by third place for organizing to face the Corona pandemic with a relative weight (79.79), and in fourth place planning to face the Corona pandemic with a relative weight (78.67), whereas in last place came the stage of preparation and postcrisis activity with a relative weight (75.85).
