هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع إدارة التميز بكليات جامعة شقراء في ضوء الأنموذج الأوروبي للتميز (EFQM) من وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية فيها، ومقترحات التحسين، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق الأهداف وتطوير استبانة مكونة من (30) فقرة موزعة على (6) مجالات، طبقت على عينة عشوائية بلغ عددها (65) رئيس قسم أكاديمي في جامعة شقراء. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن: 1) واقع إدارة التميز بكليات جامعة شقراء في ضوء الأنموذج الأوربي، جاء بواقع تقدير متوسط. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، الرتبة الأكاديمية) على الأداة ككل، باستثناء متغير فئة الكلية جاء لصالح الكليات الإنسانية. 3) من أهم مقترحات تحسين واقع إدارة التميز بكليات جامعة شقراء، هو وضع آلية لقياس رضا أعضاء هيئة التدريس والمجتمع ، تحفيز الممارسات المتميزة للموارد البشرية في الكلية. من أهم توصيات الدراسة: 1) نشر ثقافة التميز بكليات جامعة شقراء وفق معايير الأنموذج الأوروبي للتميز، مع استغلال أثر الكليات الإنسانية. 2) الحرص على قياس رضا جميع المستفيدين من طلبة وموظفين وأعضاء هيئة تدريس وأفراد ومؤسسات المجتمع. The study aimed to identify the reality of excellence management in the colleges of Shaqra University according to the European model of excellence (EFQM) from the viewpoint of the heads of academic departments in it, and proposals for improvement, where the descriptive approach was used to achieve the goals and develop a questionnaire consisting of (30) paragraphs distributed in (6) areas It was applied to a random sample of (65) heads of an academic department at Shaqra University. The study concluded that: 1) The reality of excellence management in the colleges of Shaqra University, according to the European model, came with a middle reality. 2) There are no statistically significant differences attributable to the study variables (gender, academic rank) on the tool as a whole, with the exception of the variable of the college category came in favor of human colleges. 3) One of the most important proposals to improve the reality of excellence management in Shaqra University colleges is to establish a mechanism to measure the satisfaction of faculty members and society, stimulating distinguished practices of human resources in the college. Among the most important recommendations of the study: 1) Spreading the culture of excellence in Shaqra University’s colleges in accordance with the criteria of the European model of excellence, while exploiting the impact of human colleges. 2) Measuring the satisfaction of all beneficiaries of students, employees, faculty, individuals, and community institutions.
