الهدف الرئيسي من خلال هذه الدراسة هو اكتشاف وفهم مختلف الطرق المميزة للفترة الإنتقالية الخاصة من الحياة الجامعية إلى الحياة المهنية، في سياق تونسي، لمجموعة من الطلاب، في نهاية دراستهم الجامعية، مرسمون في مؤسسات جامعية تونسية في اختصاصات علمية وأدبية مختلفة تفتح على مهنة التدريس. وذلك بالإعتماد على تحليل مختلف الأبعاد النفسية وتحديد العقبات التي من الممكن حدوثها، خلال الفترة الإنتقالية من الحياة الجامعية إلى الحياة المهنية للتدريس، لعينة من الطلاب في نهاية دراستهم الجامعية. ولتحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة، استخدمنا منهجا كميا يعتمد على الإستكشاف والوصف والتحليل. في مرحلة أولى، اعتمدنا في التحليل الكمي مجموعة البيانات المتعلقة بالدراسة الإستقصائية والمتمثلة في استبيان إجتماعي ديموغرافي حيث مكننا من توصيف دقيق لعينة الدراسة. واعتمدنا في مرحلة ثانية، استبيان الإنتقال الوظيفي لماري هبنر لسنة1991 الذي مكننا من التعبير عن طرق تحديد ملامح الحياة المهنية المستقبلية من خلال تصور للإدماج المنهي لمدرسي المستقبل وتحليل خاص للعمليات النفسية الذاتية لخريجي المؤسسات الجامعية في المستقبل. حددنا عينة تتكون من 550 طالبا من خريجي الجامعات التونسية ينتمون إلى شعب مختلفة تفتح على التدريس. أظهرت النتائج من ناحية أولى اتجاها نحو السلبية لفئة من الطلبة ومن ناحية أخرى، قدرة على توجيه المسار من خلال أدوات مكيفة للحالة الإنتقالية. أقلية من الشباب أظهرت استعدادا لإعطاء معنى لمسارهم الجامعي وللتقدم نحو التغيير. The main objective of this article is to explore and understand the different ways in which the transition from university to professional life takes place, with students at the end of their university studies, through the analysis of the different psychological dimensions as well as the identification of perceived obstacles that are put in place during the transition period in a Tunisian context. To meet the objective of this study, we used a quantitative approach based on exploration, description, and analysis. We undertake our first approach of analysis of quantitative data from a survey by a first socio-demographic questionnaire that makes it possible to characterize our study population and a second Career Transition Inventory (CTI; Heppner, 1991) allowing us to express ways of perceiving the professional integration of future teachers and a specific analysis of psychological subjective processes in operation during a study employment transitional situation, the pre-determined sample of 550 students graduating from university and university courses leading to teaching. The results show, on the one hand, a tendency to passivity on the part of future graduate students in the face of transitional situations, on the other hand, they indicate that students manage to control their transition through tools adapted to the transitional situation. A minority of students proved to be ready and seem to be willing to their academic careers and to progress through change. (Published abstract)

L'objectif principal de notre étude est d’explorer et comprendre les différentes façons dont se déroule la transition de l’université à la vie professionnelle, auprès des étudiants au terme de leurs études universitaires, à travers l’analyse des différentes dimensions psychologiques ainsi que l'identification des obstacles perçus qui sont mises en place lors de la période de transition, dans un contexte tunisien. Pour répondre à l’objectif de cette étude, nous avons utilisé une approche quantitative basée sur l'exploration, la description et l’analyse. Nous entreprenons notre première démarche d'analyse sur des données quantitatives relevant d'une enquête par un premier questionnaire sociodémographique qui permet de caractériser notre population d'étude et un deuxième l’Inventaire de Transition de Carrière de Mary. Heppner, 1991 permettant d’exprimer des manières de percevoir l'insertion professionnelle des futurs enseignants et une analyse spécifique des processus subjectifs psychologiques en œuvre lors d'une situation de transition étude/ travail. L’échantillon préalablement déterminé de 550 étudiants finissant des études universitaires et appartenant à des filières universitaires qui débouchent sur l’enseignement. Les résultats montrent d’une part, une tendance à la passivité de la part des étudiants futurs diplômés face à des situations de transition et d’autre part, ils parviennent à piloter leur transition à travers des outils adaptés à la situation de transition. Une minorité des jeunes se montre prête et semble désireuse à donner sens à son parcours universitaire et à progresser dans le changement. (Résumé publié)
