تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى دراسة العلاقة بين الثقافة التنظيمية وإدارة الجودة الشاملة في التعليم العالي لدى الأستاذ الجامعي، في إطار التركيز على التحولات الحاصلة في التعليم العالي. وقد تمت الدراسة في كلية العلوم الإجتماعية والإنسانية جامعة محمد بوضياف المسيلة. حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي واستخدام استبيان تم توزيعه على 45 أستاذ وتم إسترداد 38 استبيان. وتم معالجة البيانات بواسطة الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية spss22 وتم التوصل الى النتائج التالية: 1) توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين القيم وإدارة الجودة الشاملة في التعليم العالي عند الأستاذ الجامعي 2) توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين الهيكل التنظيمي وإدارة الجودة الشاملة في التعليم العالي عند الأستاذ الجامعي 3) توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين نظم المعلومات وإدارة الجودة الشاملة في التعليم العالي عند الأستاذ الجامعي. ووفقا للنتائج المتوصل إليها تم وضع جملة للإقتراحات من أهمها: 1) التركيز على القيادة الإدارية من أجل تحقيق أهداف الجامعة وتحقيق المحرجات المتوقعة وبناء العلاقات الانسانية. 2) تقديم الدعم المادي والحوافز للأساتذة من أجل تحقيق أهداف الجامعة. 3) محاولة تحفيز الأساتذة والإهتمام بهم أكثر لزيادة عطاءهم. 4) الإهتمام أكثر بالمناهج الحديثة لتحقيق الجودة الشاملة. 5) العمل كفريق بهدف معالجة نقاط الضعف وتطوير النقاط الإيجابية أكثر لأجل تحقيق التميز. 6) التحسين المستمر في مدخلات الجامعة والعملية التعليمية للحصول على أفضل المدخلات. The current study aims to study the relationship between organizational culture and total quality management in higher education for the university professor, in the context of focusing on transformations in higher education. The study was conducted at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, Mohamed Boudiaf Al-Messila University. Where the descriptive approach was used and a questionnaire was distributed to 45 professors and 38 questionnaires were retrieved. The data was processed by the statistical package of social sciences spss22 and the following results were reached: 1) There is a correlation between values and overall quality management in higher education for the university professor 2) There is a correlation between the organizational structure and total quality management in higher education for the university professor 3) There is a correlation between information systems and total quality management in higher education for the university professor. According to the results reached, a number of suggestions were developed, the most important of which are: 1) Focus on administrative leadership in order to achieve the university's goals, achieve the expected outcomes, and build human relationships. 2) Provide financial support and incentives for teachers to achieve university goals. 3) Try to motivate teachers and pay more attention to them to increase their giving. 4) Pay more attention to modern approaches to achieving comprehensive quality. 5) Work as a team with the aim of addressing weaknesses and developing more positive points in order to achieve excellence. 6) Continuous improvement in university inputs and the educational process to obtain the best inputs.
