هدفت هذه الدراسة لتقييم مدى مساهمة تحين نوعية التكوين الجامعي في تحضير الطلبة إلى عالم الشغل. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت أداة جمع البيانات في الإستمارة الإلكترونية، حيث تم توزيع 420 إستمارة (استرجعنا منهم 350 إستمارة) على طلبة مقبلين على التخرج سنة ثالثة «ليسانس» وسنة أولى وثانية «ماستر» في تخصصات مختلفة عبر مجموعة من الجامعات الجزائرية. وخلصت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أبرزها ضعف العلاقة بين عناصر عملية التكوين الجامعي (محتويات البرامج وعنصر الأساتذة) من جهة ومتطلبات سوق العمل من جهة أخرى. تشير هذه النتائج إلى ضعف جودة التكوين حيث يعتبر تحضير الطلبة إلى عالم الشغل من أكبر مؤشرات جودة التكوين الجامعي نظرا لأهمية وضرورة مساهمة التكوين الجامعي في الإستجابة إلى متطلبات سوق العمل والمتطلبات الإقتصادية والإجتماعية بصفة عامة. The present study aimed to assess the contribution’s degree of improving the quality of university training in the preparation of students to the world of work. The study was based on the analytical descriptive method, and our data collection tool was an electronic questionnaire. We have sent 420 questionnaires (from which we received and could use only 350) to students in the third year «License» and first and second year «master» in different specialties over a number of Algerian Universities. The results of the study showed a very weak relationship between programs contents and teachers activities on the one hand, and the world of work requirements on the other hand. These findings indicate a weakness of the university training quality with regard to the importance and necessity of the university contribution in responding to the labor market requirements and to social –economic requirements in general.
