تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الرضا الوظيفي والدافعية المهنية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في كلا الطورين المتوسط والثانوي، ولتحقيق ذلك، اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي لملائمته طبيعة الدراسة، وقد تم إجراء هذه الدراسة في بعض متوسطات وثانويات مدينة تبسة. حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 20 أستاذًا للتربية البدنية والرياضية تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية. وقد جُمعت البيانات البحثية باستخدام أداتين رئيسيتين هما: مقياس الرضا الوظيفي المكون من 20 عبارة موزعة على 04 أبعاد متمثلة في الرضا عن العمل؛ الرضا عن الأجر؛ الرضا عن العلاقة مع الزملاء؛ الرضا عن التلاميذ، ومقياس الدافعية المهنية المكون من 16 عبارة موزعة على 04 أبعاد متمثلة في سلوك الإنجاز؛ الإقبال عن العمل؛ المثابرة في بذل الجهد؛ الطموح، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة موجبة ودالة إحصائيا بين الدافعية المهنية والرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطورين المتوسط والثانوي. This study aims to identify the relationship between job satisfaction and professional motivation among teachers of physical education and sports in both the intermediate and secondary levels. To achieve this, the researchers relied on the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the study. This study was conducted in some middle and high schools in the city of Tebessa. The study sample consisted of 20 teachers of physical education and sports, who were chosen by the intentional method. The research data was collected using two main tools: the job satisfaction scale consisting of 20 phrases distributed over 04 dimensions of job satisfaction; satisfaction with pay; satisfaction with the relationship with colleagues; Satisfaction with students, and the professional motivation scale consisting of 16 statements distributed on 04 dimensions represented in achievement behavior; turnout from work; perseverance in effort; ambition. The results of the study showed a positive and statistically significant relationship between professional motivation and job satisfaction among teachers of physical education and sports in the intermediate and secondary stages.
