استهدف البحث تقديم رؤية مقترحة لتحسين مستوى التعليم بجامعة المنوفية لمواكبة متطلبات سوق العمل المستقبلية، وتحقيقا لهذا الهدف، وفي ضوء طبيعة البحث ومشكلته، اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي مرتكزا على أسلوب التحليل البيئي الرباعي (SWOT Analysis)، مستخدما الاستبانة لمعرفة درجة توافر وتأثير عناصر البيئة الداخلية (نقاط القوة والضعف)، وكذلك عناصر البيئة الخارجية (الفرص والتهديدات) في مواكبة التعليم بجامعة المنوفية لمتطلبات سوق العمل المستقبلية، التي تم تحكيمها ثم تطبيقها على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، بلغ قوامها (295) عضوا بنسبة (12.3%) من المجتمع الأصلي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية والبالغ عددهم (2399) في العام الجامعي 2021م. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: 1) تعاني منظومة التعليم بجامعة المنوفية على مستوى بيئتها الداخلية عددا كبيرا من نقاط الضعف في مقابل عددا قليلا من نقاط القوة، حيث أسفرت نتائج التحليل الاستراتيجي الميداني للبيئة الداخلية عن وجود (23) نقطة ضعف مؤثرة سلبيا وتعرقل مواكبة التعليم بجامعة المنوفية لمتطلبات سوق العمل المستقبلية في مقابل (18) نقطة قوة مؤثرة إيجابيا تم الارتكاز عليها في بناء الرؤية المقترحة. 2) تعاني منظومة التعليم بجامعة المنوفية على مستوى بيئتها الخارجية عددا من التهديدات مقابل مجموعة من الفرص المتاحة، حيث أسفرت نتائج التحليل الاستراتيجي الميداني للبيئة الخارجية عن وجود (13) تهديدا يؤثر سلبيا ويعرقل مواكبة التعليم بجامعة المنوفية لمتطلبات سوق العمل المستقبلية في مقابل (13) فرصة مؤثرة إيجابيا تم الارتكاز عليها في بناء الرؤية المقترحة. وعلى ضوء نتائج الدراسة الميدانية تم إعداد الرؤية المقترحة لتحسين مستوى التعليم بجامعة المنوفية لمواكبة متطلبات سوق العمل المستقبلية. The current research aimed to put a proposed vision to improve education at Menoufia university to keep pace with future work requirements, to achieve this goal, and in light of the nature and problem of the research and according to its limits, the research relied on the descriptive approach based on (SWOT Analysis), using the questionnaire to identify and evaluate the elements of the internal environment (strengths and weaknesses), as well as the elements of the external environment (opportunities and threats) to keep pace with education at Menoufia University for future work requirements in terms of the degree of availability and its impact on the process of foreseeing the future of education at Menoufia University. It was arbitrated and then applied to a sample of faculty members (professor, assistant professor, teacher) in all the theoretical and practical faculties of Menoufia University. Its strength reached (295) members, or 12.3% of the original community of Menoufia University faculty members, who numbered (2399) in 2021. The research reached several results, the most important of which are the following: 1) The education system at Menoufia University suffers at the level of its internal environment, a number of weaknesses in contrast to a number of strengths, where the quantitative strategic analysis of the internal environment resulted in the presence of (23) negatively affecting weaknesses and hindering the education of Menoufia University to keep pace with future work requirements in exchange for (18) A positively influential strength point on which the proposed vision was built. 2) The education system at Menoufia University suffers at the level of its external environment, a number of threats against a set of available opportunities, as the quantitative strategic analysis of the external environment resulted in the presence of (13) threats that negatively affect and impede the education of Menoufia University to keep pace with future work requirements in exchange for (13) positively influential opportunities It was based on building the proposed vision. In light of the results of the field study to assess the internal and external environment elements to keep pace with education at Menoufia University for future work requirements, the proposed vision was prepared.
