تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة موظفي الإدارة الجامعية لاستراتيجيات التفكير الإبداعي من وجهة نظر الموظفين أنفسهم. وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، وأداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين الذين قدر عددهم ب 70 موظف بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية بجامعة جيجل. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن موظفي الإدارة الجامعية بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية بجامعة جيجل يمارسون إستراتيجية الأصالة، وإستراتيجية الطلاقة الفكرية، وإستراتيجية حل المشكلات بدرجة كبيرة من وجهة نظرهم. في حين يمارس موظفي الإدارة الجامعية بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية بجامعة جيجل إستراتيجية المرونة الذهنية بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظرهم. This study aims to identify the degree of university administration employees practicing creative thinking strategies from the perspective of the employees themselves. The researchers used the descriptive method and the questionnaire tool to collect data from the respondents, who numbered 70 in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Jijel. The study found that university administration staffs at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Jijel University practice the originality strategy, the intellectual fluency strategy, and the problem-solving strategy largely from their point of view. Whereas, the university administration employees at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Jijel practice a strategy of mental flexibility with a moderate degree from their point of view. Cette étude vise à identifier le degré d'employés de l'administration universitaire pratiquant des stratégies de pensée créative du point de vue des employés eux-mêmes. Les chercheurs ont utilisé la méthode descriptive et l'outil questionnaire pour collecter des données auprès des répondants, qui étaient au nombre de 70 à la Faculté des sciences humaines et sociales de l'Université de Jijel. L'étude a révélé que le personnel administratif universitaire du Collège des sciences humaines et sociales de l'Université de Jijel pratique la stratégie d'originalité, la stratégie de maîtrise intellectuelle et la stratégie de résolution de problèmes en grande partie de leur point de vue. Alors que les employés de l'administration universitaire du Collège des sciences humaines et sociales de l'Université de Jijel pratiquent une stratégie de flexibilité mentale avec un degré modéré de leur point de vue.
