تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية لأستاذ التعليم الإبتدائي ومستوى نوعية علاقة (أستاذ - تلميذ)، وكذلك التعرف على العلاقة بين الكفاءة الذاتية لأستاذ التعليم الإبتدائي ونوعية العلاقة (أستاذ - تلميذ). وشملت عينة الدراسة على (40) أستاذ من تعليم الإبتدائي، واستخدمت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وطبق مقياس لقياس الكفاءة الذاتية للأستاذ وآخر لقياس نوعية علاقة (الأستاذ - تلميذ)، واستعملت الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: معامل ارتباط بيرسون Pearson، المتوسط الحسابي، الإنحراف المعياري، إختبار "ت" (T-TEST)، حزمة الإحصائية SPSS22. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أن مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية لأستاذ التعليم الإبتدائي مرتفع ومستوى نوعية العلاقة (الأستاذ - التلميذ) متوسطة وأنه توجد علاقة طردية ضعيفة بين الكفاءة الذاتية لأستاذ التعليم الإبتدائي ونوعية العلاقة (أستاذ - تلميذ). A positive school climate is necessary in order to develop the professor’s motivation towards the teaching profession. There are also many factors that enhance the positive school climate, among these factors the self-efficacy of the professor and the quality of the relationship that binds the professor to the student. This study aimed to find out the relationship between the self-efficacy of a professor and the quality of the relationship (professor - pupil) of elementary education teachers, and to know the level of self-efficacy of the professor and the level of quality of the relationship (professor-pupil) of primary education teachers. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, a descriptive approach was used. And the use of the self-efficacy scale for the professor designed by "Ralph Schwartz", "Gerdamarish Metz" and "Gary Dietner" and another measure to measure the quality of the relationship (professor - student) designed by "Robert Pianta" and the two researchers translated them into Arabic, After calculating and confirming their psychometric properties, it was applied to a sample of 40 professors from two primary schools, Raja and Shanih Muhammad, both located in the city of Messila, and the following statistical methods were used: Pearson correlation coefficient, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T-test (T. TEST), spss22 statistical package. The study found that there is a weak direct relationship between the self-efficacy of a professor and the quality of the relationship (professor - pupil) among elementary education teachers, the level of self-efficacy of the primary education teacher is high, and the level of quality of the relationship (professor - pupil) among elementary education teachers is average.
