استهدف البحث معرفة الشعور بالوحدة النفسية وعلاقته بالتوتر النفسي لدى طلبة كلية الإدارة والإقتصاد، جامعة الموصل من خلال تحقيق الأهداف الآتية: 1) قياس مستوى الشعور بالوحدة النفسية لدى طلبة كلية الإدارة والإقتصاد، جامعة الموصل. 2) قياس مستوى التوتر النفسي لدى طلبة كلية الإدارة والإقتصاد، جامعة الموصل. 3) الكشف عن العلاقة بين الشعور بالوحدة النفسية والتوتر النفسي لدى طلبة كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد، جامعة الموصل. 4) الفروق في مستوى الشعور بالوحدة النفسية لدى طلبة كلية الإدارة والإقتصاد، جامعة الموصل بحسب متغيرات المرحلة الدراسية والجنس. حدد الباحث مجتمع الدراسة بحيث تضمن جميع طلبة المرحلة الدراسية الأولى والرابعة في كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد، جامعة الموصل للعام الدراسي 2009-2010. بلغ العدد الإجمالي لمجتمع البحث (1055) طالبا وطالبة. أما عينة البحث فقد تألفت من (200) طالب وطالبة من الصفين الأول والرابع اختيروا بطريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية وبأسلوب التوزيع المتناسب. اعتمد الباحث على الأداتين الآتيتين: 1) مقياس الشعور بالوحدة النفسية الذي أعده الدكتور الزعبي (2003م). 2) اختبار التوتر النفسي الذي بناه الدكتور علي (2005م). تأكد الباحث من صدق مقياس الشعور بالوحدة النفسية من خلال الصدق الظاهري واستخرج الثبات بأسلوب إعادة الاختبار فبلغ قيمته (0.85)، كما تأكد من صدق اختبار التوتر النفسي من إيجاد الصدق الظاهري، واستخرج الثبات وتم احتسابه بإعادة الاختبار وبلغت قيمته (0,81). استخدم الباحث الوسائل الإحصائية الآتية: الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة، معامل ارتباط بيرسون، الاختبار التائي الذي يختبر الفرضيات الخاصة بمعامل ارتباط بيرسون في المجتمع الأصلي، الاختبار التائي الذي يختبر الفرضيات الخاصة بالفروق بين وسطين حسابين. أما نتائج البحث فهي: 1) وجود مستوى عال من الشعور بالوحدة النفسية لدى طلبة كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد حيث كان متوسط درجات الطلبة أعلى من المتوسط النظري للمقياس، حيث أن الدرجات العالية تدل على الشعور بالوحدة النفسية والدرجات المنخفضة تدل على عدم الشعور بالوحدة النفسية. 2) وجود مستوى عال من التوتر النفسي لدى طلبة كلية الإدارة والإقتصاد حيث كان متوسط درجات الطلبة أعلى من المتوسط النظري للاختبار، حيث أن الدرجات العالية تدل على الشعور بالتوتر النفسي والدرجات المنخفضة تدل على عدم الشعور بالتوتر النفسي وبالتالي ارتباطه بعلاقة موجبة (طردية) مع درجاتهم بالشعور بالوحدة النفسية. 3) كشفت الدراسة عن وجود فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المرحلة الدراسية الأولى والرابعة لمتغير الشعور بالوحدة النفسية ولصالح المرحلة الدراسية الأولى وكذلك وجود فرق دال لصالح الإناث مقارنة بالذكور. The research aimed to know the loneliness and its relation with the psychological tension for the Management and Economics college in Mosul university through the investigation in the following aims: 1) Measuring the loneliness feeling level for students of the Management and Economics college in Mosul university. 2) Measuring the psychological tension for the Management and Economics college in Mosul university. 3) To find out the relation between loneliness and psychological tension feeling for the students of the Management and Economics college in Mosul university. 4) The distinction in the level of loneliness for the students according to the variables of stage and sex. The researcher has chosen the first and fourth stage of the Management and Economics college in Mosul university of year 2009- 2010, the total number of students was 1055 (male female) students. The sample of the research consisted of (200) (male female) students in the first and fourth stage, they were chosen by stratified random sample by propositional allocation method. The researcher has depended on the two following tools: 1) Loneliness feeling measurement of Dr. Al Zubi 2003. 2) Test the psychological tension which made by Dr. Ali 2005. The researcher has examined the validity of loneliness feeling measurement through finding the face validity and found out reliability by using T. Retest method and its percentage was 0, 85 The researcher has also examined the validity of psychological tension test from finding the face validity and finding reliability which was counted using T. Retest method and its percentage was 0, 81. The researcher has used Pearson's correlation coefficient, T-test, and one sample T-test. The result was as following: 1) There was a high level of loneliness feeling for Management and Economics students that the scores average of the students was higher than theoretic average of the measurement, as the high scores means the loneliness feeling and the low scores means that they aren’t feeling of loneliness. 2) There was a high level of psychological tension for Management and Economics students that the scores average of the students was higher than theoretic average of the measurement, as the high scores mean the psychological tension feeling and the low scores means that they aren’t feeling of psychological tension, and then their connection with their connection with their scores are positive relationship with their scores of loneliness feeling. 3) The study discovered the distinction of static indication between the first stage students scores average and the fourth stage students. The variable loneliness feeling for the sake of first stage, and also there was difference indication for the sake of female compares with male. (Published abstract)
