The aims of this research are introducing the per formative educational adequacies for the teachers of secondary stages from the point of view of educational supervisors in Erbil governorate. For measuring the adequacies, the two researchers make an open questionnaire design then a close questionnaire by depending on the open questionnaire and the literary works and previous studies. The questionnaire has included five fields (Planning and education), (Educational Practices), (Motivation exciting), (System and human relationships) and (Evaluation). The validity and stability of the standard had been concluded. The questionnaire was applied on a sample consists of (30) specialist supervisors and the results showed that the educational supervisors has assured the existence of the educational adequacies for the teachers in a level above the hypothetical medium in all adequacies and also in the five fields of the adequacies. The results also showed that there were not any differences between the five fields and the basic five adequacies that the questionnaire consisted of the two researchers submitted a number of recommendations and suggestions.
