The religious commitment is one of the important bases, which contribute in building the humanitarian behaviour in general, and the educational behaviour of the educational staff particularly, and it is also considered as an important source to prepare them venality preparation in order to face any crack or confusion in the educational behaviour of the teacher, due to a concussion in the Social and religious traditional, because of, a difficult condition which may effect on these traditions. The teachers of primary classes need a psychological care, because of, the Particularity of their work in fostering the new generation a good preparation, since they are the basic in establishing the society. So, the need to study the important changes in the behaviour has been interested including the religious commitment and its relationship with the educational behaviour is the basic of the educational and scientific process, since it has an active role in preparing the generation and spreading traditions and principles, which will stand-off the teacher personality, which is also represent the pacemaker and the best pattern to his pupils. The current research has become subject to identify: 1) The level of religious commitment at the teachers of primary stage in Tikrit district. 2) To indicate the religious commitment at the teachers of primary stage according to two varables Gender (and Scientific specialist). 3) The standard of educational behaviour at the teachers of primary stage. 4) To indicate the educational behaviour at the teachers of primary stage. 5) The nature of relationship between the two variable religious commitment and educational at the teachers of primary stage. In order to achieve the aims of this research, the researcher performed to construct the religions commitment measurement, which is including four aspects: belief basics (beliefs - devotions - customs - Islamic system and treatments) the measurement is being in its final form of (63) items, and the researcher has checked the shown believe of the measurement by examining it to the jure and to draw its discriminating power by using (T-Test) of two isolated patterns, and the treated of stable measurement has been counted by repeating the test of (T-Test) and the half fractionation, so the treated of stable is amounted (0.83), whereas the half fractionation is amounted (0.88), this treated is considered good. Whereas the measurement of the educational behaviour, the researcher has practiced the measurement prepared by (Al-Jebari, 2005) and after exploring the clear believe of the measurement by examining it to a group of judicial, and exploring the stability by reapplying the same test is amounted (0.89) and it is a good treated, since the trusted value of treated stable in the psychological measurements prefer to be more than (0.70), the two measurements have been practiced on a pattern of teachers amounted (250) (male, female) have been chosen by a random and method of the primary stage teachers in Tikrit district, allocated as (97) male and (153) female teacher, and after collecting the information and treat it statistically by using T-Test of one pattern, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient depending on (SPSS) Program- The statistic case of social sciences. The study concluded the following: 1) The variable of the educational behaviour is considered an important measurement to determine the level of religious commitment for the teachers. 2) In Tikrit district, the teachers of Primary stage have a high level of religious commitment. 3) According to the findings, the males have a more religious commitment than for the females. 4) The educational behaviour at the teacher of Primary stage is very good. 5) There is a positive relationship between the religious commitment and the educational behaviour at the teachers of Primary classes. 6) The Islamic Studies and curricula have the great role and the obvious influence to the educational behaviour of the teachers. In the light of the findings of the current study, the researcher has presented Some conclusions, recommendation, and suggestions for further studies. (Published abstract)
