This study aimed to: 1) Know how the students their times. 2) Analysis their time during the daily college. The researcher took all the students in College of Education for women in Tikret University. The population reach (634) students in colluding Humanistic and sciences departments as the following: 1) (437) students sciences departments. 2) (197) students Humanism. Most of the students didn’t know how to spend their times in daily University and that cussed low level in their achievement. (Published abstract)
