The present research aims at introducing the employment satisfaction of libraries keepers at the university of Mosul moreover, it tackles some personal and employment variables like: period of employment, employment center, level of income gender, and qualification. The sample consists of (100) employee occupy the position of library keeper, and employees. They have been chosen randomly in all the colleges of the university. The descriptive method has been used to suit the task and a questionnaire was prepared previously . The data have processed statistically using cay square. The analysis has shown that the satisfaction differs among the keepers and employees about their job .There has also been statistical differences which depend on personal variables and employment environment, like; social status, monthly income, and size of the family. Other factors have shown no differences like: gender, period of employment, and position. Asset of recommendations has been put depending on result. (Published abstract)
