هدف البحث إلى: 1) بناء مقياس لتعلق المراهقين بأمهاتهم. 2) التعرف على: أ) مستوى تعلق المراهقين بأمهاتهم. ب) تعلق المراهقين بأمهاتهم وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور - إناث). وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس لتعلق المراهقين بأمهاتهم مكون بصورته النهاية من (30) فقرة ولكل فقرة (3) بدائل (دائما، أحيانا، لا أبدا) وتم استخراج الصدق الظاهري والثبات للمقياس بطريقة إعادة الاختبار فبلغ (82 %) وبطريقة الفاكرونباخ فبلغ (85%) درجة. طبق المقياس على عينة طبقية عشوائية من طلبة الصف الرابع العام بلغت (200) طالب وطالبة ولغرض معالجة البيانات إحصائيا استخدمت الباحثة معامل ارتباط بيرسون والاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة ولعينتين. أظهرت النتائج: 1) أن عينة البحث (ذكور وإناث) لديهم تعلق آمن وعالي بأمهاتهم. 2) هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في مدى تعلقهم بأمهاتهم لصالح الذكور. وخرج البحث بالعديد من التوصيات منها: 1) إمكانية استخدام هذا المقياس من قبل الباحثين والمرشدين في المدارس الثانوية والإعدادية لغرض الكشف عن الطلبة ذوي التعلق الغير آمن. 2) الاهتمام بأساليب التنشئة الاجتماعية في البيت والمدرسة لتعزيز تعلق الأبناء الآمن بأمهاتهم. كما اقترحت الباحثة عددا من المقترحات: 1) إجراء دراسة تتبعيه أو دراسة مماثلة للبحث الحالي على مراحل دراسية أخرى. 2) إجراء دراسة مماثلة تتناول علاقة تعلق المراهقين بأمهاتهم بمتغيرات أخرى مثل (حجم الأسرة، المستوى الاقتصادي، التسلسل الولادي). This research aims at: 1) establishing a scale of adolescent’s attachment to their mothers. 2) Identifing: A) The level of adolescents attachment to their mothers. B) The adolescents attachment to their mothers according to sex variable (males, females). For achieving the aims, the researcher establishes a scale for adolescents attachment to their mothers consisting of (30) item, each one contains (3) choices (always, sometime, never). The validity and reliability of the scale have been achieved by using (test-re-test) which amounted (%82) and (Cronbach- Formulas) which amounted (%85). The scale has been applied on a random sample of Forth Secondary School amounted (200) students. For processing the data statistically, the researcher has used Pearson Correlation Coefficient and (T- test) for one and two samples. This research has reached at the following: 1) The sample of the research (males, females) is characterized by a high. 2) Secure attachment to their mothers. 3) There are significant statistic differences between males and females. 4) The level of their attachment to their mothers in favor of males. The recommendations of research: 1) The possibility of using this scale by researchers and advisors at the secondary schools for founding out the students who have unsafe attachment. 2) Concerning the styles of social education in the house and school for supporting the sons secure attachment to their mothers. The research suggests the following: 1) Making a study corresponding to this research on other studying levels. 2) Making a similar study for getting the relation of adolescents attachment to their mothers in terms of other variables like (size , family, economic level and birth series).
