هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور قائدات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة حائل في تعزيز قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى الطالبات. وللإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة تم اختيار مجتمع الدراسة المكون من جميع قائدات المدارس الثانوية بمدينة حائل وعددهن (39) قائدة. وطبقت الدراسة على جميع أفراد المجتمع نظراً لقلة عددهن، وتم توزيع استبانة على مجتمع الدراسة. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستبانة لجمع البيانات. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن دور قائدات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية في تعزيز قيم المواطنة الرقمية قد جاءت بدرجة استجابة كبيرة جداً؛ حيث بلغ المتوسط العام (4.65) وانحراف معياري (0.42)، وجاءت درجة وجود المعوقات التي تحد من دور قائدات المدارس في تعزيز قيم المواطنة الرقمية بدرجة كبيرة؛ حيث بلغ المتوسط العام (3.76) وانحراف معياري (0.86)، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغيري (سنوات الخدمة، والدورات التدريبية في المجال الرقمي)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي)، وجاءت أهمية توفر مقترحات لتفعيل دور قائدات المدارس في تعزيز قيم المواطنة الرقمية بدرجة كبيرة جدا؛ حيث بلغ المتوسط (4.55) بانحراف معياري (0.55). وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعلم الأساسيات الرقمية، وتقييم المصادر الإلكترونية ومدى دقة وصدق محتواها. وكذلك وتطوير أنماط التعلم، وتضمين المقررات والمناهج المدرسية والأنشطة سبل تعزيز المواطنة الرقمية لدى الطالبات. This study aimed to identify the role of secondary school leaders in Hail city in promoting the values of digital citizenship among female students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The analytical method was used for the purposes of the study. To answer the questions of the study, the study population was selected, consisting of (39) high school leaders. The study was applied to all members of the community in order to reach confidence levels in the results of the study, and a questionnaire was distributed to the study community. The researcher obtained (39) valid questionnaires, for statistical analysis. The study reached several results, most notably: the presence of statistically significant differences at the significance level, (0.05), between the average responses of the sample members towards the axis of the role of secondary school leaders, and the total score in favor of the study members. It also found that there were no statistically significant differences al the level of significance between the average responses of the sample members towards all areas of the axes of the role of secondary school leaders in Hail in promoting the values of citizenship, as well as the total degree of it due to the variables of years of service, and training courses. Through these results, the study recommended the necessity of learning digital basics, evaluating electronic resources and the accuracy and validity of their content, as well as discovering and developing learning patterns, and inclusion in school curricula and curricula as ways to enhance citizenship among students.
