هدف البحث إلى التعرف على طبيعة إدارة المدرسة الثانوية الفنية الصناعية، التسويق وإدارة المدرسة الثانوية الفنية الصناعية، طبيعة نظرية المباريات، واستخدام نظرية المباريات في إدارة المدرسة الثانوية الفنية الصناعية؛ ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أبرزها: نظرة المجتمع الدونية للتعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي وقلة الاهتمام به، التعرف على ماهية عملية التسويق وأهميته، التعرف على ماهية نظرية المباريات وأهميتها، التعرف على مجالات تطبيق نظرية المباريات ودورها في حل المشكلات الإدارية، أهمية تسويق منتجات مشروع رأس المال الدائم في تزويد الطلاب بالمهارات والخبرات اللازمة لتأهيلهم لسوق العمل وإيجاد فرص عمل مناسبة بعد التخرج والحد من البطالة، أهمية تسويق منتجات مشروع رأس المال الدائم في تحسين نظرة المجتمع للتعليم الفني الصناعي من خلال التعرف على حاجات المجتمع والعمل على إشباعها، ودور نظرية المباريات في دعم الميزة التنافسية بين مدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي والسوق المحلي فيما يتعلق بمنتجات مشروع رأس المال الدائم بمدن قناة السويس. The aim of the current research is to identify the management of the industrial technical secondary school, the marketing and management of the industrial technical secondary school, the game theory, the use of game theory in the management of the industrial technical secondary school. To achieve the aims of the research the researcher used the descriptive approach. The research reached a set of results, most notably: the society's view of the inferiority of industrial technical secondary education and the lack of interest in it, knowing what the marketing process is and its importance, knowing what game theory is and its importance, knowing the domains of application of game theory and its role in solving administrative problems, the importance of marketing the products of the permanent capital project in providing students with the skills and expertise necessary to qualify them for the labor market and finding suitable job opportunities after graduation and reducing unemployment, the importance of marketing the products of the permanent capital project in improving society's view of industrial technical education by identifying the needs of society and working to satisfy them, and the role of game theory in supporting the competitive advantage between industrial technical secondary schools and the local market concerning the products of the permanent capital project in the cities of Suez Canal.
