استهدف البحث الوقوف على محددات كفاءة إدارة تعليم مدرسة الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة السويس، والإجراءات المقترحة لرفعها على ضوء الإمكانات المتاحة، والظروف المحيطة بالمدرسة؛ حتى يتسنى لها أن تحقق أهدافها المنشودة، وذلك من خلال الكشف عن أهم ملامح إدارة مدرسة الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة السويس، والتعرف على الأسس النظرية لكفاءة إدارة مدرسة الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة السويس وفقا للأدبيات المعاصرة بالإضافة إلى تحديد مجموعة من الإجراءات التي يمكن أن تسهم في رفع كفاءة إدارة مدرسة الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة السويس؛ حتى تحقق أهدافها المنشودة. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي حتى يحقق أهدافه ويجيب عن تساؤلاته. وكان من أبرز نتائجه أن بعض مدارس الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة السويس تعاني من قلة الأنشطة التي تقدم للطالب، وذلك نظرا للظروف التي يمر بها العالم بأسره ومنه المجتمع المصري مع وجود قصور في التحفيز من قبل المعلم تجاه الطالب أو من قبل المدرسة ممثلة في إدارتها تجاه الطالب، وفقدان روح التنافس الشريف بين المعلمين وبعضهم البعض نظرا لانشغالهم بأعمال أخرى، وكذلك الإداريين بذات هذه المدارس، وقلة البرامج التدريبية الموجهة للمعلم، وخاصة في مجال مستجدات العصر وكيفية توظيفها لصالح العملية التعليمية. The current research aimed to identify the determinants of the efficiency of the education department of the second cycle of basic education school in Suez Governorate and the proposed procedures to raise them in light of the available capabilities and the circumstances surrounding the school so that it can achieve its desired goals, by revealing the most important features of the management of the second cycle of basic education school in the Governorate Suez, and identifying the theoretical foundations for the efficiency of the management of the second cycle of basic education in Suez Governorate according to contemporary literature, in addition to identifying a set of procedures that can contribute to raising the efficiency of the management of the second cycle of basic education in Suez Governorate so that it achieves its desired goals. In order to achieve its goals and answer its questions, one of its most prominent results was that some schools of the second cycle of basic education in Suez Governorate suffer from a lack of activities provided to the student, due to the conditions that the whole world is going through, including the Egyptian society, with a lack of motivation by the teacher towards the student or by the school represented in its management towards the student, and the loss of the spirit of honest competition between teachers and each other due to their preoccupation with other work as well as the administrators of the same school, and the lack of training programs directed to the teacher, especially in the field of modern developments and how to employ them for the benefit of the educational process.
