هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن علاقة صورة الجسم بجودة الحياة لدى الطالبات المراهقات الكفيفات وغير الكفيفات. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 100 منهم 40 طالبة كفيفة في مدارس النور والأمل بمحافظات السويس وبورسعيد والإسماعلية، و60 طالبة غير كفيفة في مدرسة منشية الرجولة الإعدادية ومدرسة الحديثة بنات الثانوية. وتم تطبيق مقياس صورة الجسم "لفاروق عبدالفتاح موسى"، ومقياس جودة الحياة "لبشرى أرنوط". توصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة بين صورة الجسم وجودة الحياة لدى المراهقات الكفيفات وغير الكفيفات. كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق بين المراهقات الكفيفات وغير الكفيفات في مقياس جودة الحياة، وتوصلت النتائج أيضاً إلى عدم وجود فروق بين المراهقات الكفيفات وغير الكفيفات في مقياس صورة الجسم. The present study aimed to reveal the relationship of body image to the quality of life of blind and non- blind adolescent students. The study sample consisted of 100, of whom 40 were blind students in Al-Nour and Al-Amal Schools in the governorates of Suez, Port Said and Ismailia, and 60 non blind students in Manshiyal Al-Rajoula Preparatory School and Al-Haditha School high school girls. The Body Image Scale, Farouk Abdel Fattah Moussa, and the Quality-of-Life Scale, Bashir Arnout, were applied. The results found a relationship between body image and quality of life in blind and non- blind adolescent girls. The results also indicated that there are differences between blind and non-blind adolescent girls in the quality of life scale, and the results also found no differences between blind and non-blind adolescent girls in the body image scale.
