The present study aimed to identify the Professional commitment Motives for teachers in Jordanian private schools, The degree to which the responses of the individuals of the study sample were affected by the variables of both sex and the educational stage and practical experience. To achieve the goals of the study a questionnaire consisting of (25) paragraphs distributed on four dimensions was developed, distributed to a sample consisting of (628) individuals from the teachers working in private schools at 2019-2020. The results of the study showed a high degree of influence of both direct organizational motives, personal motives, and work environment motivations, while the degree of indirect organizational motives came medium. The results of the study also showed that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α≤0.05) for each of the gender, educational stage, and work experience variables. In the light of its results, the study proposed a set of recommendations. (Published abstract)
