هدفت الدراسة لتحديد مفهوم المشروعات الصغيرة وأهميتها، وتعرف أهم المعايير المستخدمة في تصنيف المشروعات الصغيرة. وتقديم بعض المتطلبات والآليات الإجرائية اللازمة لتنمية ثقافة المشروعات الصغيرة في المؤسسات التعليمية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن من أهم متطلبات تنمية ثقافة ريادة المشروعات الصغيرة بالمؤسسات التعليمية تشمل: تعزيز القدرات الريادية لدى المعلمين؛ لإيجاد أفكار ريادية لمشاريع مستقبلية، من خلال برامج تعليمية ريادية ودورات في مجال ريادة الأعمال، وتعزيز وترسيخ الثقافة الريادية بين الطلاب منذ السنوات الأولى، وتشجيع الإبداع والابتكار، والمجازفة في ريادة الأعمال، ودعم البرامج والأنشطة والإنجازات الريادية والإبداعية وتعزيزها وتذليل المعوقات أمامها، وضع مجموعة من السياسات ذات الصلة بالتعليم الريادي، ووضع آليات ممنهجة لتطبيق الريادة في المؤسسات التعليمية، وإنشاء وحدة تهتم بريادة الأعمال وتتابع الأفكار الريادية للطلاب داخل كل مؤسسة تعليمية. The study aimed to define the concept of small projects and their importance, and to know the most important criteria used in the classification of small projects. And provide some of the requirements and procedural mechanisms necessary to develop the culture of small projects in educational institutions. The study relied on the descriptive approach. The study concluded that among the most important requirements for developing a culture of entrepreneurship in small projects in educational institutions include: enhancing the entrepreneurial capabilities of teachers; to find entrepreneurial ideas for future projects, through pioneering educational programs and courses in the field of entrepreneurship, Promote and consolidate entrepreneurial culture among students from the early years, encourage creativity and innovation, risk-taking in entrepreneurship, support and promote entrepreneurial and creative programs and activities, and overcome obstacles to them, develop a set of policies related to entrepreneurship education, setting up systematic mechanisms for applying leadership in educational institutions, and establishing a unit concerned with entrepreneurship and pursuing students' entrepreneurial ideas within each educational institution.
