يهدف البحث إلى تحديد مستوى الممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي الرياضيات الداعمة لتنمية مهارات المستقبل لدى طلابهم في المرحلة الابتدائية بالمملكة العربية السعودية. تكونت عينة البحث من (303) معلم رياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية، حيث تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في إعداد استبانة لهذا الغرض. أشارت النتائج إلى ضعف الممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي الرياضيات الداعمة لتنمية مهارات المستقبل لدى طلابهم بالمرحلة الابتدائية، وأيضا أشارت النتائج إلى موافقة عالية على قائمة المعوقات التي تواجه تنمية مهارات المستقبل للطلاب بالمرحلة الابتدائية، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فرق بين مستوى الممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي الرياضيات في المرحلة الابتدائية الداعمة لتنمية مهارات المستقبل لدى الطلاب وفقا لمتغير (الخبرة التدريسية) لصالح المعلمين ذوي الخبرة التدريسية (أكثر من 10 سنوات)، ووفقا لمتغير (الدورات التدريبية) لصالح المعلمين ذوي الدورات التدريبية (أكثر من 3 دورات)، وفي ضوء نتائج هذا البحث أوصى الباحث بعدة توصيات من أهمها: دمج مهارات المستقبل في برامج (إعداد معلمي الرياضيات)، وضرورة تصميم برامج تدريبية لتوعية المشرفين والمديرين والمعلمين بأهمية مهارات المستقبل، وضرورة تنميتها لدى الطلاب بالمرحلة الابتدائية. This research aims to determine the level of teaching practices of mathematics teachers supporting the development of future skills among their primary students in Saudi Arabia, and the research sample consisted of (303) a math teacher at the primary level, where they were selected in a random way, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the research tools were to prepare a questionnaire for this purpose, and the results indicated the poor teaching practices of mathematics teachers. The results also indicated high approval for the list of obstacles to the development of future skills for primary school students, as well as a difference between the level of teaching practices of primary mathematics teachers supporting the development of future skills among students according to a variable (teaching experience) for teachers with teaching experience (over 10 years), and according to a variable (training courses) for teachers with training courses (more than 3) and in the light of the results of this research, and in the light of this research results, the results recommended in this light. The researcher has several recommendations, the most important of which are: integrating future skills into programs preparing math teachers, and the need to design training programs to educate supervisors, managers and teachers about the importance of future skills, and the need to develop them among students at the primary level.
