هدف البحث إلى تطوير المهارات القيادية لمديري المدارس الحكومية في ضوء مهارات التحول الرقمي. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من (214) من مديري المدارس الحكومية ومساعديهم بمديرية تربية لواء الجامعة، وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث أهمية التحول الرقمي في زيادة المعرفة الإدارية والذاتية لمديري المدارس الحكومية من خلال صقل إمكانيات المدير وقدراته وإمدادهم بأنماط إدارية جديدة، وتوفير المناخ الإبداعي اللازم من أجل المشاركة والتطوير وصنع اتخاذ القرار والتنمية المهنية المستدامة، وتوصي الباحثة: بالاستفادة من تجارب المدارس الرائدة عالمياً في مجال المدارس الرقمية، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار ظروف وواقع المجتمع الأردني، ومراعاة تطبيق ما يناسب من العادات والقيم وفلسفة المجتمع وثقافته، وإجراء عملية المراجعة والتقييم المستمر للأداء من قبل المسؤولين لتصميم الانحرافات في أداء المدريين، وتقديم التغذية الراجعة لهم باستمرار، وعقد دورات تدريبية بشكل دوري ومستمر تتعلق بالتحول الرقمي، والمهارات القيادية، وذلك قبل وأثناء وبعد تعيين مديري المدارس. This research aimed to develop the leadership skills of public-school principals in the light of digital transformation skills. To achieve this aim, it used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was applied to a sample of (214) government school principals and their assistants in the University. The most important finding of the current research was: There is great importance for digital transformation in increasing the administrative and self-knowledge of public-school principals by refining their abilities and capabilities, providing them with new administrative patterns, and providing the necessary creative climate for participation, development, decision-making, and sustainable professional development. The researcher recommends: benefiting from the experiences of the world-leading schools in the field of digital schools, taking into consideration the conditions and reality of Jordanian society, and what is appropriate for the customs, values, philosophy, and culture of the community, conducting a continuous review and evaluation process of performance by officials to design deviations in the principals’ performance, Providing them with continuous feedback, and carrying out periodic and continuous training courses related to digital transformation and leadership skills, before, during and after recruiting school principals.
