هدفت الدراسة التعرف على الاستقواء الإداري وعلاقته بتقدير الذات لدى معلمي المدارس الأساسية الخاصة في مدينة القدس من وجهة نظرهم. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولأغراض جمع البيانات وتحقيق أهدافها تم تصميم استبانة خاصة بالدراسة بعد الاطلاع على الدراسات السابقة، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المدارس الأساسية الخاصة في مدينة القدس خلال العام الدراسي 2021-2022 والبالغ عددهم (474) معلما ومعلمة. تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة وقد بلغ حجم العينة (243) معلما ومعلمة بنسبة 51% من مجتمع الدراسة، تم توزيع الاستبانات عليهم، حيث تم استرداد (200) صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي بنسبة تمثل (82.3%) من البيانات الموزعة. أظهرت الدراسة أن مستوى الأهمية النسبية لبعد "الاستقواء الإداري" جاء متوسطا وبعد "تقدير الذات" جاء متوسطا، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود مساهمة للاستقواء الإداري في تقدير الذات لدى معلمي المدارس الأساسية الخاصة في مدينة القدس. في ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بالقيام بدراسات للتعرف على دوافع العاملين للقيام بسلوكيات الاستقواء الإداري والأساليب الفعالة للتعامل معها والتواصل الفعال مع جميع أطراف عملية الاستقواء الإداري وفهم آليات التعامل معهم. This study aimed to identify the administrative bullying and its relationship to the self-esteem of the teachers of private basic schools in the city of Jerusalem, by identifying the level of the administrative bullying behavior and the level of self-esteem the relationship of the administrative bullying behavior to the self-esteem of these teachers from their point of view. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. For the purposes of collecting data and achieving its objectives, a questionnaire was designed for the study, commensurate with the study and its variables. The study population consisted of all private primary school teachers in the city of Jerusalem during the 2021-2022 school year, whose total number was (474) male and female teachers. A simple random sample was selected from all teachers of private primary schools in the city of Jerusalem during the academic year (2021-2022). The sample size was (243) male and female teachers, representing 51% of the study population. Questionnaires were distributed to them, where (200) were retrieved. Valid for statistical analysis, representing (82.3%) of the distributed data. The study showed that the level of relative importance of the dimension of "administrative bullying" was medium and after "self-esteem" was medium, and the results showed that there was a contribution of administrative bully to self-esteem of teachers of private primary schools in the city of Jerusalem. In light of the results, the study recommended the following to carry out studies and research to identify the motives of employees to carry out the behaviors of administrative bullying and the effective methods for dealing with it, and effective communication with all parties to the process of administrative bullying and understanding the mechanisms of dealing with them.
