هدف البحث إلى تقويم تجربة جامعة بيشة في استخدام التعلم الإلكتروني عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي حيث تم توزيع الاستبانتين على أفراد عينة الدراسة المكونة من (135) عضوا، و(799) طالبا وطالبة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن هناك درجة "موافقة" لاستخدامات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة بيشة للتعلم الإلكتروني عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا. كما أن هناك درجة "موافقة" لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة بيشة على وجود معوقات لاستخدام التعلم الإلكتروني عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا. كما أن هناك درجة "موافقة" لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة بيشة على وجود احتياجات تدريبية لازمة لاستخدام التعلم الإلكتروني عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا. وأشارت النتائج أيضاً إلى أن هناك درجة "موافقة بشدة" لاستخدامات الطلاب بجامعة بيشة للتعلم الإلكتروني عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا. كما أشارت النتائج أيضا إلى أن هناك درجة متوسطة للمعوقات المتعلقة باستخدام الطلاب بجامعة بيشة للتعلم الإلكتروني عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا. كما أن هناك درجة "موافقة" لدى الطلاب بجامعة بيشة على وجود احتياجات تدريبية لازمة لاستخدام التعلم الإلكتروني عن بعد في ظل الجائحة. وفي ضوء نتائج الرسالة تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات منها: ضرورة تبني الجامعة خطة استراتيجية لتدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة على استخدام التقنيات الحديثة عموما ونظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني (بلاك بورد) على وجه التحديد. بالإضافة إلى تدريب الطلاب على استخدام نظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني البلاك بورد بشكل مكثف ومستمر. The research aimed to evaluation the experience of Bisha University in using distance e-learning through Covid-19, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive researcher used where the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (135) faculty members and (799) students in Bisha University. The results indicated that there is a degree of "approval" for the uses of the faculty members at the University of Bisha for distance e-learning in light of the Corona pandemic. There is also a degree of “approval” among faculty members at the University of Bisha on the existence of obstacles to the use of distance e-learning in light of the Corona pandemic. There are also training needs for the use of distance e-learning in light of the Corona pandemic. And the results also indicated that there is a degree of "strong approval" for students' use of e-learning at the University of Bisha in light of the Corona pandemic. The results also indicated that there is a medium degree of obstacles related to students' use of distance e-learning at Bisha University in light of the Corona pandemic. There is also a degree of "agreement" among students at the University of Bisha for training needs necessary for the use of distance e-learning in light of the Corona pandemic. In view of the results of the research, a set of recommendations were presented, including: The need for the university to adopt a strategic plan to train university faculty members to use modern technologies in general and the e-learning management system (Blackboard) in particular. In addition, train students to use the Blackboard e-learning management system intensively and continuously. (Published abstract)
