هدفت الدراسة التعرف على أهم المواقع التي انتهجتها وزارة التعليم العالي ضمن مؤسساتها الجامعية، حيث تعتبر الأرضية الرقمية PROGRES كفضاء رقمي تعتمد عليه المؤسسة الجامعية لتسيير شؤونها، وتحسين خدماتها، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح، والعينة تمثلت في الموقع بروغرس، واعتمدت على أداة الملاحظة بتتبع موقع أو الأرضية الرقمية progress، وملاحظة سياسته وأهدافه ومواضيع التي يتناولها وكذا طرق استخدامه، وأداة تحليل المحتوى لتحليل مضمون الأرضية. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النقاط المهمة حول الأرضية تمثلت في: أن الأرضية الرقمية PROGRES فضاء شامل لجميع المجالات التي تهتم بها المؤسسة الجامعية من خدمات بيداغوجية، وإدارية، تعليمية، ثقافية، وغيرها من الخدمات الجامعية. The higher education and scientific research sector is experiencing challenges at the technological level, as a result of developments in the field of information technology, which made it necessary for the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to link technology innovations to its various institutions and channels, and to provide digital platforms and platforms linked to search engines via the Internet to facilitate the Works of the university Whether on its internal or external surroundings as an imperative imposed itself in university life, and accordingly this study came to identify the most important sites that the Ministry of Higher Education has pursued within its university institutions, where the digital platform PROGRES is considered as a digital space on which the university institution depends to run its affairs and improve its services, as the study adopted.
