هدف البحث إلى تطوير الأداء الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية في ضوء مدخل التؤامة الجامعية مع كليات إعداد المعلم في بعض الدول المتقدمة، وذلك من خلال التعرف على أهم المتطلبات المؤسسية والأكاديمية اللازم توافرها في كليات التربية لتحقيق ذلك، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي لتفسير وتحليل أهداف البحث، وأسلوب دلفاى كأداة بحثية من خلال عينة قصدية من الخبراء بلغت (48) خبيرا من القادة الجامعيين والأكاديميين بكليات التربية من جامعات أسيوط وسوهاج والمنصورة وعين شمس وبنها. وبعد تطبيق ثلاث جولات من أسلوب دلفاي؛ كأحد أهم أساليب الدراسات المستقبلية، وتوصل البحث إلى تقديم مجموعة من المتطلبات المؤسسية والأكاديمية اللازم توفرها في كليات التربية لتطوير الأداء الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية في ضوء مدخل التؤامة الجامعية مع كليات إعداد المعلم في بعض الدول المتقدمة. The research aimed to develop the academic performance of faculty members in the faculties of education, in the light of the entrance of University Twinning with the faculties of teacher preparation in some developed countries, by identifying the most important institutional and academic requirements necessary to be met in the faculties of education to achieve this, and used the descriptive approach to interpret and analyze the objectives of the research, and the Delphi method as a research tool, through an intentional sample of experts amounting to (48) experts from university leaders and academics in the faculties of education, from the universities of Assiut, Sohag, Mansoura, Ain Shams and Banha. Tours of the Delphi method; as one of the most important methods of Future studies. The research reached to provide a set of institutional and academic requirements necessary to be available in the faculties of education to develop the academic performance of faculty members in the faculties of education in light of the entrance of university twinning with the faculties of teacher preparation in some developed countries.
