هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القيادة الملهمة في تحسين العملية التعليمية بإدارة التعليم في مدينة الرياض، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من كافة مديري ومديرات مدارس التعليم العام بإدارة مدينة الرياض وعددهم (175) مديرا ومديرة مدرسة. تم عمل مسح شامل بحيث تم توزيع الاستبانة على كافة أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الملهمة بإدارة التعليم في مدينة الرياض كانت عالية، كما بلغ مستوى تحسين العملية التعليمية بإدارة التعليم في مدينة الرياض درجة عالية جدا، كما تبين أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق القيادة الملهمة وتحسين العملية التعليمية بإدارة التعليم في مدينة الرياض. The study aimed to identify the role of inspirational leadership in improving the educational process in the Education Department in the city of Riyadh. The questionnaire was distributed to all members of the study community, and the results showed that the degree of practicing inspirational leadership in the Education Department in the city of Riyadh was high, and the level of improvement of the educational process in the Education Department in the city of Riyadh reached a very high degree, as it was found that there is a statistically significant relationship between Applying inspirational leadership and improving the educational process in the Education Department in the city of Riyadh.
