استهدف البحث الحالى إلقاء الضوء على القيادة الموزعة وعلاقتها بتطوير الأداء المهني لمعلمي مدارس المرحلة الثانوية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، والمبادئ التي تقوم عليها، فضلاً عن دور المعلم في القيادة الموزعة، وأهمية القيادة الموزعة في تطوير أداء المعلم،بالإضافة إلى عرض أهم التحديات التي يمكن أن تعترض تطبيق هذا المفهوم، ومتطلبات تطبيقها في المملكة العربية السعودية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الفلسفي التحليلى للعديد من الدراسات المحلية والعربية والأجنبية، وبين في نتائجه أن القيادة المدرسية تحتاج في المدارس إلى تقاسم القيادة مع المعلمين للعمل على نموهم المهنى، وتكوين صف ثان من القيادات، وأكد على الحاجة إلى توظيف المداخل القيادية الحديثة، التي منها مدخل القيادة الموزعة لما له من دور بارز في التكريس للثقة المتبادلة والدعم والتعاون بين مختلف العاملين بالمدرسة. وكانت أبرز التوصيات التي توصل إليها البحث، ضرورة تدريب مديري المدارس على استخدام مدخل القيادة الموزعة، والعمل على منح حوافز مادية ومعنوية لهؤلاء القادة الذين يطبقون هذا المدخل في مدارسهم لتحفيزهم على الأداء المتميز، وضرورة إجراء دراسات ميدانية تبين العلاقة بين القيادة الموزعة والثقة التنظيمية لدى منسوبي المؤسسات التعليمية، والتأكيد على مبدأ- قيادة المعلم، ومشاركة المعلمين في صنع القرارات التعليمية. The current research aimed at shedding light on distributed leadership and its relation to the development of the professional performance of teachers of secondary schools in Saudi Arabia, and the principles underlying it, as well as the role of the teacher in distributed leadership and the importance of leadership distributed in the development of teacher performance Concept, And the application of the analytical philosophical approach to many local, Arab and foreign studies, and in its results that the school leadership in schools need to share leadership with teachers to work on their professional development and the formation of a second row of leaders, and stressed the need to employ modern leadership approaches, of which the distributed leadership entrance has a prominent role in the dedication of mutual trust, support and cooperation between the different staff of the school, The main recommendations of the research were the need to train school principals to use the distributed leadership approach, and to provide material and moral incentives to these leaders who implement this approach in their schools to motivate them to perform well.
